Owner shouted at me
Came across this brand at the jewellery show in London. I was looking at their product and took a photo to send to my sister to show her the brand as she's a big jewellery lover, the owner of the brand shouted at me telling me to stop taking a picture, made me extremely uncomfortable. Definitely will never shop from them again after a very awkward encounter with them...

My sideways initial K necklace is beautiful, I love love love it.
Great quality and very well made, definitely worth waiting that little extra time for.
When I ordered it I had the choice of chain and the length of it, length was no problem but a visual guide of the types of chains available would have made the ordering a little easier, as it was I had to Google them.

Great personal service. I was able to contact Anna Lou in regards to my order. It was packaged and delivery beautifully!

Avoid - money down the drain
Avoid - you have no idea what you're paying for now.
Ordered the same personalised item, one year apart. Second necklace just arrived and it is double the size of the one I ordered last year. It's tacky and completely unwearable. And of course, no returns, so £85 down the drain.
This is also the second order where I've tried to get in contact with them and had no response.
I used to really like this company, but this is my second bad experience, meaning that I've now given them £170 for things I cannot wear. Will not be making that mistake a third time.
UPDATE: After completely ignoring two messages about my order, the company has the absolute gall to instead message me with some promotion to get me to waste more money with them. I don't think so.
