Perfect experience

Ring was late. Not of good quality with marks. Took a while for return envelope. When received no response. When I queried the seller accused me of making up the marks. Do not go near this seller at all. Fraud!

The ring was returned to us and carefully inspected on receipt. We can confirm that no fault, damage, or marks were found and the item remains in excellent condition, as originally supplied. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify the issue shown in the photo that was sent previously.
As this ring was bespoke and made specifically to order, it would not normally be eligible for a refund or credit. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have offered a credit note, which we believe to be a fair and reasonable resolution given that no fault was found with the item.
We would also like to confirm that the ring is available to be returned to you should you wish to keep it, as it remains a high-quality piece in perfect condition.
We always act honestly and fairly and take great care in the craftsmanship and inspection of every item we produce. If you would like to discuss this further, we invite you to contact us directly so we can assist you.

I can give only 3 stars as I specifically asked for the product to be sent to a London address as it was a birthday present for my daughter. Although my request was acknowledged and agreed it came to my home address . My daughter is abroad for a week so she will not receive it until weeks after her birthday. Not good.
