I cannot fault the customer service or the product I bought. I contacted Anna Lou telling her that I once owned a personalized necklace from them, but had unfortunately lost it. I loved it so much I wanted to buy it again, but couldn't find it in the website. So they asked me to explain what it was like, and after some back and forth, Anna Lou found it, told me that it had been taken out of production, but she was willing to get that piece made for me again. I was over the moon. Ordered, and it arrived really quickly. It was just as I had remembered it, with my family's names on it. I feel Anna went above and beyond to help me out and now I proudly wear my necklace again...every day. Thank you Anna Lou!!

This review comes a little late but I can't let another day go by without writing this. Thank you so much Anna Lou! What fabulous service! I purchased a necklace for my daughter for Christmas but she preferred a different design displayed on Anna Lou website. After making contact with Anna Lou, she was more than happy to exchange it without condition. My daughter is very happy with her necklace (which has a lovely contemporary feel) and I am too with the wonderful personalised service I received!

-I love her design.
-She replied to my message.
-Her message with the jewellery.
-She is there, with us. We can feel her presence and her love for her work.

Beautiful piece of personalised jewellery with a quick turnaround time

I recently purchased this delicate diamond yard chain, and it has quickly become my favourite piece of jewellery. Its understated elegance is absolutely captivating, making it perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions.

The chain itself is finely crafted, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable to wear. I love its delicate appearance.

Sadly rather underwhelmed with my purchase especially for the price and poor delivery packaging the gift bag was just put in a plastic bag so on arrival it was very flattened and creased not very nice to give as a present.

Good communication regarding my order, very pleased with its quality.

I have only given 3 stars as have tried to contact the company but still no reply after a week. The time on itself is a lovely piece but the personalisation is not what I viewed it as online or expected. It’s quite a heavy gothic inspired initial which is not really what I expected after viewing some of the examples online. I am looking forward to a response to my email and hoping to get this rectified asap

The customer service I received from Anna was fabulous and the piece of jewellery I received is so well made and beautiful. My sister in law is going to love it!

I decided to buy my daughter her second pair of earrings from Anna Lou based on other people’s recommendations.

I’m so glad I did for several reasons -

1. My daughter loved the hooped silver earrings I’d chosen for her, but wasn’t so sure about the heart shaped drops.
2. I messaged Anna to ask if possible to change to another drop shape, ideally moon shapes as that was my daughters preference. Anna messaged back to say that she’d be happy to exchange the drop shape.
3. The level of service was second to none - Anna was prompt with her replies and quick to exchange the shape too.

Highly recommend Anna - huge thank you 🙏

Delighted with my B necklace. It made the perfect gift and a very happy friend. Beautifully packaged and a unique find. Big thank you.

Order took 2 weeks to arrive. It was shipped when I chased the order. I received it today but it really was the ugliest necklace. Wish I could return it but there is a no returns policy it seems. Looks nothing like garnet and the necklace is this horrible thick thing which looks 1970s or 80s. I think the pictures are misleading.

Update: I emailed regarding the offer of exchanging the chain on the 25/11 but have not received a response. Have read the other 1* reviews and kicking myself for not reading them beforehand. Now out of pocket about £150!! More actually as had to buy a second birthday gift for the intended recipient as unlikely anything will be sorted in time.

Poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service..
Not worth the money or the disappointment.

The Gem bracelet is absolutely gorgeous. The packaging is beautiful, just perfect for a present for my Daughter.
