Absolutely shocking and shameful company, Recently paid and used them for a parking ticket. Only ro be chased again by the parking company this time with a county court letter, when confronted these crooks! Firstly the lady over the phone was very rude and dismisive of what ever I was telling her, I asked her to send me copy of the communication between them and the parking company after 3 days I get a dodgy written letter with no address no date lots of spelling mistake as if its been written by a school drop out! Absolutely dreadful lot to deal with. All they're interested is to grab you hard earned cash avoid these scammers!!!!

Loving all these fake reviews. People claiming that they got tickets from places etc and were helped . I was told they only deal with solicitors letters so if that’s the case , how can people in review be claiming they got PCN cancelled from tickets incurred from sainsbury etc those does not come as solicitors letters … I fear it’s just a ploy to get my details & bank info. I shall change my details immediately..

The team overturn PCN’s and win appeals. Small price to pay. Don’t try yourself have the pro’s do it for you.

I had an unlawful ticket on my car by Parkingeye.
This company was used in a business yard. Customers were taking the plate number as you went in the court yard whether you were using their business or another business on the location.
Got two reminders and last one they were threatening with Court proceedings.
I contacted Parking Appeal and they had been super helpful. The process had been easy. Cost me £25. Submitted the paperwork I had. The whole process took 3 months and they successfully cancel the ticket for me.
I am delighted with their service. I will not hesitate to use them again. And rest assured I will tell anybody I know.
