Good food and yeah

I was at the Applebees in Wytheville,Va & when the guy sat us he said, “someone will be right with you.” So, my husband & I started looking at drinks then we decided what we wanted to eat all the while nobody has yet to come get our order we sat there for 15 min & there were waitresses just standing around

Last night, my cousin and I decided to grab a bite at Applebee's, but it turned out to be a disappointing experience. As someone on a special program, I always carry a reusable hard plastic bottle with me. Unfortunately, I left it behind in the restaurant. When I realized it was missing this morning, I called Applebee's right away, hoping they would have found it. I was frustrated to learn that the manager never returned my call and that the garbage was already picked up, meaning my bottle was thrown away.

To make matters worse, the food was subpar. I ordered chicken that was so drenched in oil that I had to keep pushing it aside. For $18, I expected better quality. I've had experiences with other restaurants that have held onto lost items for me, so I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care from the staff here.

Given the poor service, the terrible food, and the mishandling of my personal belongings, I can confidently say I will never return to the Applebee's in Yuba City.

Food was great, service was great bought 6 35.00 gift cards that comes to 210.00 but was only given 4 10.00 advertising 2 cards for every 50.00 on gift cards

This is possibly the slowest store of any restaurant I have seen any where in the USA I am a door dash driver and have had to unassign my last 4 orders from here as I stood inside waiting for so long it cost me money. Usually it takes at least 5-10 minutes before they will even acknowledge you

I mistakenly went to the wrong Applebees to get my order. I called the one where the order was. The district manager was there (evidently) and he worked everything out. So nice of them!!!!!

We went today on veteran's day and it was really busy, the hostesses had a lot on their plate, yet they were so pleasant and accomodating. They told us the wait was 15 minutes, but I don't think we waited 5. It was refreshing. Thankyou!

I ordered a crispy chicken salad. Said it has fresh greens and cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Got the salad it was ice burg lettuce only has no taste whatsoever. A few crumbles of cheese and tomato. No break stick. Do not put greens on your menu if you are only serving ice burg lettuce.

We ordered the Prime Rib Dippers they were awful the prime rib was so tuff you could not even cut - must had been sitting around a week or better the Ajus was terrible as well, then to top it off the drowned the bun in butter/grease - have has these before and never like this will not be going back - location Grandville MI

Went for dinner, waitress was extremely rude, she forgot my order and when I asked she was rude and defensive, other customers could not believe how rude she was and said she was very rude to them too, left without my meal

I order a hamburger... tasted pretty good but , if grease is your cup of tea , this burger is for you. I had to use 3 or 4 napkin to get the grease off my hands. Also, as usual , I ordered Medium Rare and it cam out well done. Tasted pretty good but only the got it Medium Rare one time,. apparently the cooks have not idea of what medium rare..
Service was good, although the waitress look like she spilled a full glass of water down her front... could have use a change clothes.

My husband and I were at our favorite Applebee’s restaurant in Ridley Township Pa. We were seated at a table in the back near the entrance to where people do pickup. It was a particularly chilly and windy day. Our waiter Chris was pleasant and welcoming. We ordered and he brought the drinks. I was getting cold with the door opening for people picking up their takeout. I requested a different table when we saw the man Myles Davis. Mr. Davis said absolutely! He carried our drinks to a large table for 6 then realized it would be best for a smaller table. EVERYONE was kind and accommodating, got my husband’s jacket and made sure we were comfortable! I apologized for the trouble. Mr. Davis said “ When you are out to eat you should be comfortable, no problem!” Our food was great and hot and we will be back for sure

Order was wrong 3 times asked to talk to manager never came grandson asked for spoon for icecream and server never came back. Daughter went to rest room were sewage was backing up and smell was bad. Found manager and she got mad because she was rubbing customer arm and told me call who I want talked with gen. manager and no responds to my complaint stay away from Bradley location very dirty. Will be calling board of health!

God, I'm sorry I have to continue writing these pitiful ratings per each time my wife and I use Applebee's but we have just a few Gift Cards left, and there is no one we know or in our family who visits Applebee's so we will use the remaining gift cards and then never go back.
It's been awhile since we visited AB's and it's been since the last disappointing visit. So tonight my wife ordered the grilled cheddar cheese chicken sandwich, which all was well, and I ordered the pasta dish, Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne which when I got home and opened my order there was no creamy Cajun Alfredo Sauce included or added to my Penne Pasta.
I'm sure most of us do not eat our pasta "plain" right after draining the pasta. Folks, this really is a glorified fast food restaurant and it's not complicated to assemble these simple dishes.
What I csn only imagine is that those individuals in the kitchen don't really care about their job. It's not complicated to assemble any of these dishes on the menu.
And for those of you reading all this and my past pitiful experiences with this so called restaurant, my wife and I always tip even if we use the take out process, which is what we have resulted too due versus going into the restaurant and having to send back a problem to the kitchen and not knowing what they have done to our food since we had the audacity to send it back. Yeah, we've heard stories from others who have worked in those environments. It's not good.
Just note, the whole place is being operated by very young adults. I don' t see anyone say 26, 27 years or older, not counting the bar tender. Now we, my wife and I, know of no one else in our circles who use AppleBee's for their choice of restaurant usage.

MR.NOUH WAS THE ABSOLUTELY BEST COSTUMER SERVICE WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE NOT ONE RED FLAG

Portions have become so disappointing while prices have continued to go up. Applebees used to be out go to while traveling, as it’s always open late, but it feels like such a rip off lately.

Recently tried their ultimate trio, and there was absolutely nothing ultimate about it. The portions were tiny, not the typically appetizer size. The tacos had absolutely no chicken in them, and the quesadillas were paper thin. What a waste of time and money.

The 2 for $25 is such a joke now. You can only get burgers unless you pay a hefty upcharge, and there are really limited options.

The salad portions have become so SO small too. Used to be enough for two.

Boneless chicken wings are all dried out, overcooked, and a waste of money. Like they have sitting under a hot lamp for hours. Not edible. They also look more like flat wings - they are not round or oval shaped. We decided to try applebees on n. higley rd in mesa az again. For lunch. We will not be back to this location. They were not at all busy when order was picked up. So this is how they treat their customers. at least their to go customers. they don't care how the food looks, is cooked, or tastes or what is served.

Was at the Brandon Applebee's today. Had an awesome experience with 1/2 appetizers and two-for-one beers. The bartender, Craig, was awesome. It is our new Sunday home for watching NFL football (go Bucs!).

Our steak was tough but waiter was nice. The location or front entrance is not clearly marked. Would not recommend.

This review is a little late, but not for nothing it's worth taking a few minutes to share. Back in early March 2025 I visited an Applebee's in Central NJ. I had ordered the special $10 Burger 🍔 and fries a few moments earlier. Everything was fine when there was an odd occurrence. All the table attendants suddenly flocked outside to the parking lot. Nice sunny day. Then it appeared someone went into the kitchen area - odd because this person looked completely out of place and there was nobody to deny him entry.
A short while later my meal was brought out and I asked the attendant what the fuss was about that all the workers would rush out? She said 2 people at the bar had left without paying for their meals and drinks. Although I didn't see 2 people leave or anyone unusual rush out I also didn't see any pair return to pay a bill, stand outside and pay a bill, or see the police arrive to take a report. This is a tiny town where the PD is about 2 miles away the long way and often arrive on calls with 2 or more vehicles if they're not too busy.
Well, anyway I got the burger back at table and it tasted good and the meal filling, but that night and next day or so my insides were in pain and felt like nothing was being allowed to pass through for a couple of days. To make it worse it took about a week for my regularity to come out of this tailspin.
I never went to another Applebee's again. I'm not a litigious person so I let this go as about as bad experience as I could get dining out short of dying from their food. I didn't need a complimentary meal to entice me back. After that it just made more sense to enjoy home cooked meals more and dine out elsewhere.
