We hadn’t eaten at Applebee’s in years, but yesterday decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad we did! We had a great waitress, Nicole H, who made our experience so pleasant with her great personality and ability to make everyone feel special! Also, our food choices were delicious and even had enough to bring some home! We definitely will make Applebee’s our go to restaurant from now on! Thank you Nicole!

I was at Applebee’s six months ago in Pembroke Pines. We walked in place was a little noisy. I noticed it seemed like we were the only white people there. Oh she gave us the worst seat in the house and we sat there. We waited 12 minutes before we even got a menu don’t notice the floors were dirty and nothing seemed clean and the music that we’re playing was absolutely horrible. We got up and walked out

I was eating at my local Applebee's on Palm Bay Rd. Fl. My friend and I ordered the 2/25. we up graded to the sirloin steak. She had to send her broccoli back under cooked as another in our party had to do the same. My sirloin steak was tough, and fatty could not even cut it. I did not complain but, my friend did to the waitress Alicia. She got a manager he agreed. Had a new one cooked and boxed for me. That is above and beyond. Mistakes happen but, this matter was taken care of quickly and efficiently. That's why I LOVE APPLEBEE'S. Will come again mistakes happen. Thank you, Ms. Dolores Whiteford

I’m disappointed that they have decided to put cilantro in some of their classic dishes and salads. Yes, I’m one of those , my thoughts are, if it ain’t broke don't fix it by changing it, and don’t assume everybody love cilantro.
They put it in their coleslaw! They now sprinkle it on top of my go to dish. I couldn’t eat the coleslaw at all, and I spent 5 minutes picking it off of my Four Cheese Macaroni before I could eat it. It would nice of them to note on the menu that there is a cilantro garnish so people like me, who hate the taste of soap in their food could request it not be on it.
All of that said, in the past I’ve always enjoyed my Applebees. They have kept their prices reasonable although I’ve noticed the portions of some dishes have become smaller. I’ve gone out to eat at other restaurants and discovered I would get the same portion at double the price.
I’ll need to inquire if cilantro is in any of their dishes from now on. Except for maybe their Brownie Bite with ice cream LOL

Unprofessional staff. Restaurant was dirty.
Booth seat was broken. Food was delicious but we will not go back especially since who knows what the kitchen was like.

The manager in defiance Applebee's was amazing customer service, our daughter who has autism wante d to choose her seating, and he acomadated well, and made sure we got fast service and kept the personality going great, and felt more than welcome
he was awesome and he got a nice tip for sure

I got a Bourbon Street burger and fries and it had absolutely no flavor none whatsoever if it wouldn't have had onions on it and mushrooms it would have really been bad but it had absolutely no flavor The fries was good but that's it

Every time we come here it's so great we love everything they serve. Let's well cooked and it's well presented it's always perfect we love it and we tell people how much we love it@

My husband and I visited the union city applebees on 07-02-2025 during lunch and we had the best experience the food was great and when I asked questions about the food my server Alicia was able to explain ingredients and some more to me. I like to know what I'm eating and it was very helpful. We will be back and will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Thank you union city applebees.

Wrong stuff and the work is soo bad and

We were at Applebee's Restaurant in Cottage Grove, MN, the bathroom was horrible as someone puked in one of the sinks and didn't clean up. I told one of the servers about it and was told that they're just waiting for someone to clean it. It was so disgusting that no one clean it up right away. When our order came, I told the server that I already loss my appetite. The Fiesta lime chicken that I ordered seems like the rice was just warmed up, the chicken sauce that was poured on the rice with fried noodles just looked like the one that I saw in the bathroom sink. I would never go back to Applebee's.

Great place for families. The food was great and the server was nice.

I ordered the Lime Chicken for my wife and the Oriental Salad for me via Uber Eats. The Boneless Wings for an appetizer. We asked for no cheese on the Lime Chicken. My wife received a container 2/3 full of Spanish Rice, the chicken with no tortilla strips sitting in about a tablespoon or less of the lime sauce. The pico de gallio looked old.
My oriental salad looked like someone had dumped a little bit of salad mix in the container and tossed a cut up fried chicken tender in it. The so called “boneless wings” looked like over sized chicken nuggets and the coating was awful, not regular buffalo wing sauce. I would never buy there again.

My husband and I went to Applebees for dinner we order appetizer plus the 2 meals for $25.00. He ordered the Chicken Parm and I ordered the steak medium, the appetizer was very delicious (Buffalo chicken boneless wings) when are meal arrived, my steak was over cooked the burnt side was put down, my potatoes and broccoli was cold. I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the chicken Parm which was very good. We left shortly after, it was way too cold to enjoy a meal. I returned my meal and the manager took money off, which I thought was nice.

We were traveling and stopped in Applebee's for lunch so we ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes, it was delicious ! The service was great ! So why three stars ? What set us off was the tic tac toe games on the kiosk which no one informed us of associated costs if they were played. One of our party did play two games for which we were charged an additional 3.99 . We complained to our waitress and finally got this charge removed from an already expensive tab. I think it's fine if this business wants to charge for these games however the charges should be displayed up front so customers are made aware beforehand. In the final analysis I give three solid stars for great food and service and two stars withheld for the games/charges . My advice is to correct this ASAP !

First I and my husband went have a Birthday dinner, had to wait on the order. Very long time. When the food came my husband received his plate which was to steak and shrimp-with green beans and mash but instead it had broccoli no shrimp the steak was chewed up meat it was not steak. Waitress placed on the receipt that it was one person I order a 2 for 2 I never got my second order. We were told the waitress took my order off. What a Birthday……………………..,,I took pictures of the chewed up meat the whole thing.nasty

We are in Rochester MN, at the Apache mall. The service was slow, had nothing available. The service was dry which is unpleasant but I would understand working at a place like this. I would never recommend coming here. It took 15-20 minutes from sitting down to getting any service. It’s ridiculous. They weren’t even busy, I’d get it if they were busy but they weren’t. It was calm and from what I saw it took a bit of time for others as well. It was overall disappointing, it’s such a shame to see a good place go to waste.

Just ordered fish and chips, ceasers salad andonion rings from Niles Applebees. The fish was greasy and slimey. Turned my stomach. Never ordering again! Yuk!

Amazing service and delicious, quick, timely food. Plenty of options for everyone you go with. Obviously it's a Bar & Grill restaurant so your not going to have much in the "healthy" category. Which should be obvious.

I've worked in the restaurant industry for many many years and Applebee's imo has great deals, half off apps happy hours.. and great food.

Sadly depending on where you live your mileage may very on service & food quality.

Here in Minnesota, where I'm from, I have never had a bad experience dining at Applebee's.
