If this company is legit then someone is using it to scam people. Pretending to hire. Not sure how they get your money, but stay away!!!!!!

Absolutely Avoid This Platform

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

Once you register your credit card, they start charging amounts that make absolutely no sense, without clear justification. There is no proper option to downgrade your account to a free plan, even though that should be a basic feature on any serious platform.

What’s even worse is that you cannot remove your credit card directly from your own account. You are essentially blocked from managing your own payment information, while the charges continue.

This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be professional and trustworthy. It’s by far the worst platform I have ever used.

Avoid at all costs.

Appsflyer is the worst platform I've ever used.

I have a friend who I helped financially get started with this. They make b8g promises about commission for completed tasks, then just want more money to keep you from losing what already have invested. Promises of full time employment.
They are nothing but swindlers and scammed that steal money.

Worst support ever we were paying over 15 000 dollars per year and they just disabled the service without notice. Spent one week to try and get in contact were just given the chase around. Avoid if you can.

Don't buy into this scam. Someone will contact you with promises of commissions for browsing web pages. They sucker you in with one paid day and then loop you into a scheme where you have to pay $1000s to get your money back. They robbed me of $5000 USD. Someone should do something about this.

Do not interact or do anything with AppsFlyer they are a scam and will take your money!

We disabled the Apple Search Ads integration in our AppsFlyer dashboard in April and monitored our account closely - no conversions were attributed for over a month. Then suddenly, SKAN attributions resumed without any changes on our side, resulting in unexpected charges.

Despite clear evidence that the integration was off and no consent was given to resume billing, AppsFlyer refused to refund over $150 in charges we did not authorize. Their support acknowledged the integration was disabled but claimed they would still bill us based on SKAN data - even if we had explicitly turned the feature off.

We cannot trust a platform that continues to attribute and bill for traffic from disabled sources. This feels like a violation of basic billing transparency and control. Very disappointed.

I am experiencing a lot of problems with appsflyer and the integration with their partners. Since we are "still small"for appsflyer I am only receiving customer support via e-mail, the sales representative and the support via e-mail are useless. It's so generic, not supporting and just sending over help articles I read myself. I can't believe they threat customers like this.

Issues with Google Adwords, with Impactradius and not receiving support. I am truly considering moving to somebody else - because setting it up from scratch can be better than not getting support from Appsflyer.

I have the same encounter as Akshay Adsul but was given the web as digital-appsflyers-top.net. It is the same tactic that they used, agents/trainer will guide you how to register and started giving training through whatsapp. Now I am stuck with SGD$22,000 being frozen and pending on the so called order task to be completed 45/45 in order to withdraw my money. I was prompted to 'recharge' again at order task 43/45 it with SGD$15,000. After recharging it with SGD$15,000, I was told again to recharge it for SGD$43,000 in order to complete the order task 45/45. If I don't recharge it, I will not be able to withdraw a single cent.
And now, I realise I am being scammed. Lost all my money.

After reading everyone's review here, I went back and checked. The company logo is the same but it was pdf that was send to me, which I didn't think anything off because I even went on Google and I saw their page. Registration and training were free and I even did my first set of tasks but I was told that I don't need to pay money for anything but all of as sudden I needed to pay for a combination task. My instructor said that i can just contact customer service to cancel the combination task. Then when time to withdraw I can't because it needs to be over 100USDT. Put the difference and I had to do another set of task in order to withdraw because it was a new day. I had encountered combination tasks and had to pay for it. They said it can't be cancelled. I had reached 39/40 tasks. Was told to upgrade to VIP2 LEVEL by paying 500USDT and cancel all combination task and then withdraw or just pay and finish to last two tasks and withdraw. I did, when time to withdraw my password to withdraw wasn't working. Was told if I want to reset my password they need my wallet address to verify, I send it. Then was told it was verified but I need to put 200USDT in my wallet and then reset the new password and withdraw. I lost $4300TTD and it wasn't even my money. I borrowed that because at the beginning I was told that I didn't need to pay any money for anything. Please get these people shut down!!! It's ridiculous. Now I have to find a way to pay back this money!!!

I have invested 53k and they told just 10 task after that you will withdraw full amount but after that exactly 5 task pending there they locked and told you got platinum offer and told to pay 1.5 lakhs and you have negative balance so kindly pay and withdraw total 3 lakhs now I am scared whether I get my deposit 53k amount or not kindly sort out the issue

We wish to draw the attention to significant difficulties encountered during our collaboration with Appsflyer's team, which unfortunately exceed the usual business conflicts typical in B2B relationships.

In recent months, there has been an unjustified increase in the bills issued to our company: whereas the usual monthly payment was up to 300 US dollars, starting in March, we faced an increase to 4 thousand dollars, and in April – to 8 thousand dollars. After multiple inquiries to your support service, which was extremely difficult to reach, we were informed that this increase was related to 200 thousand conversions. However, according to our data and account statistics, there were only 20 thousand installations during the same period.

There is a discrepancy in the definition of a successful conversion on Appsflyer's website, which states that a conversion entails a successful app installation OR user action resulting from a campaign tracked via AppsFlyer. Reading this explanation with a legal background, one would understand that a conversion is considered to be either an installation OR another event.

Furthermore, in a discussion with your employee, Alexander Bondarenko, who behaved extremely unprofessionally, it was claimed that we had exceeded the agreed limits, although we had received no prior notifications from your side. The sales methods employed during our negotiations violate professional ethical standards.

In addition, we request the initiation of monthly payment arrangements for the use of the platform. The sales manager has indicated that such a payment schedule would result in increased costs for us. It appears that the sales team at Appsflyer may be arbitrarily setting prices, initially proposing exorbitant rates ranging from $10,000 to $14,000 per month. Subsequently, they revise these figures and advise us to make payments on a quarterly or annual basis.

They cant solve the issue and their support is very lazy! Replied after 3-4 days without solving their issue. I do not recommend this service. Very unprofessional.

Their sales representative was useless. Answered questions lazily and I had to send several follow up emails, just to get the information I needed.

Eventually they just stopped responding when my question about one specific integration still wasn't answered.

Contacted their regional sales manager to be assigned somebody else, and even directly emailed their CEO about our experience, no response.

Our account is a decent sized monthly account worth fighting for, but nobody seems to care.

On the other hand, one of their main competitors' sales support and overall experience was completely different, so we'll be taking our business with them.

DO NOT work with these people. They are very helpful in the beginning, to lure you in. They do not disclose all of the details. They wanted me to spend $200.00 because I got a bundle. I'm here to make money not spend it. My instructor, Katharine said she was from the UK. Her grammar and spelling was of a left to be desired. Including a fake profile picture. Shame on you

in telegram they maintain groups for apps review they deposit money , after task completed given commission but , they making money in negative balance 1st 40k, 1.2lak, 3.5 lak like this . i lost the money nearly 5 lak. don't trust like this platforms
