better dilivery required
after paying more for postage than the item cost.
I would expect next day delivery, not have to wait seven days.
other than that good price and does what it says on the tin.

Excellent Service
I have been a customer for years and have been delighted with the service I have received, that's why I keep using Aquatics Online. They have a large stock, well priced and delivery is also very good. Would recommend them to all fishkeepers.

Prompt service to receive product not available locally
I used Aquatics Online for the first time recently to get a pond water conditioning product my usually excellent local supplier told me would take 'a few weeks' to get. It arrived well packaged within 48 hours. Good service - I shall use again.

Unbeatable service
I have been a customer of Aquatics Online for over ten years. Prices are good, delivery excellent and after-sales service second to none. Advice is given in a patient and understanding manner which is a boon for me as I am elderly and have a hearing defect.

Auto fish feeder.
The feeder arrived in very good time, appears to be well made and I am using mine with 1x pellet and 1x flake on alternate feeds per day. Which means the feeder will only feed for 7 days, which suits me but will not suit all.You can feed up to 4x daily but cuts the number of days covered down accordingly. As I said it suits my use and I am pleased with it and will use
the supplier again.

excellent service
I ordered a pair of hose tails to replace broken ones on my pond UV clarifier. The description on the website enabled me to determine the correct size required with confidence(some sites are a bit unclear in this respect) The price paid was the lowest i could find and they arrived promptly. I would
certainly use this company again in the future. Many thanks
