Turns out my purchase was delivered to not only the house but the wrong village by about 12 miles! But Ardmoor insisted I check with neighbours and the safe space even though there was a picture of my purchase in the doorway of the other house and a signature that was clearly not my name, which also said it was handed to me at a time I was at home, but they would rather keep going round in circles asking me to check other places,they even sent a Google maps location of where it had been delivered, I pointed out the different address, they said, can you check with neighbours just in case!! I gave up, let's hope they do the right thing and refund me! Or do I need to ask my neighbours for that too!!

I forgot to get the coat delivered to a different address, but they responded very promptly to an email to have it redirected. Lovely coat, arrived promptly

Product was delivered quickly and well packaged however my boots have since failed in less than six months and Ardmore have sorted out a replacement set of boots from ariat let's hope these ones last a bit longer

As I hike in a light weight kilt the idea of a waterproof over one was great.
I've worn it on the West Highland Way, during a wet spell and had it on 3 or 4 times.
Once with the kilt when I just quickly put it on. This left the split at the front, and under and over kilt started sticking to one another. I'd try putting the split at the back next, or it may be the fact my hiking kilt is lightweight polyester as well. Still kept me dry.
I also wore it over trousers and this worked well too. Kept me dry and kept the wind off.
Will probably continue to use whether I'm wearing kilt or trousers.

I’ve bought several things from Ardmour over recent years and customer service has always been very good. Recently bought some boots which arrived quickly and were fine but just not for me. The returns process could not be simpler and the refund was processed 2 days after I dropped them off at the post office.

Good quality shoes good fit but very heavy I got the suede ones believing they are same as leather ones in weight but these will be great for hiking or muddy trails with my Labradors but no good for general use

Would be 5 stars, if it had the hand warmer pockets as the advert still says, good jacket though, be careful about sizing, they are 150mm / 6in bigger than stated

Had a ridgeline coat with a poor zipper ended up getting a new coat free of cost and able to keep the old one as a runner

I had a small problem re sizing, and Ardmoor sorted the problem without any fuss, excellent customer service.
