the worst experience i’ve had
store employees are the worst. Zero emphatic or helpful!! I went to return a blouse that i order online because it was too small. They didn’t accepted it because the price tag was misplaced (?). The girl was absolutely rude and literally ignored me and asked the next person to go ahead while leaving me with zero resolution
How on earth this company keeps treating their paying customers like trash, and we can’t do anything about it

They don't even deserve to have 1 star. Calling is waiting 2 hours on line, emailing is back and fourth at least 10 times because they ask you the same question all the time and even though the merchandise is damaged and you sent them proof they will ask you how you washed it, send a million pictures, to at the end not resolve anything. Frustrating to say the least.

Nonsuppurative customer service.
I had a disappointing experience with Aritzia . My daughter bought few stuffs online. Before receiving them she changed her mind and returned all the cloths to go in store and shop in person. I paid 650$ but received 454 $. I went to the store in Hill crest mall Richmond hill Ontario. They said they cant do anything and I had to call a number. After that I called a few times no body answered! I was on hold for more than 40 minutes few times with out any outcomes. I hope a supervisor/manager/ some one who cares about customers read my review.
TERRIBLE customer service
I purchased a shirt online and it was sent to an address I haven't lived at for 5 years. I called customer service and was on hold for 1 1/2 hours. They apologized and told me they needed an internal review and would contact me in 3 business days. It is past that, and I have currently been on hold for over 3 hours, playhing the same song loop over and over again. Ridiculous.
Misleading Product & Unfair Return Policy
I recently ordered The Super Puff using their new app with the first-time user 20% discount. When my order arrived, I was shocked to find that the jacket I received was last year’s model — it had 700+ fill power down, not the 800+ fill premium down advertised for this year’s version.
When I tried to return it, the store refused to refund my payment to my original method, claiming that app orders can only be refunded as store credit. That’s completely unreasonable and misleading for customers.
I completely agree with other reviewers — this brand should be ashamed to call itself a “good Canadian brand.” Canadians deserve better than this.

Ordered from the site, which says it’s GUARANTEE no applicable taxes and duties upon delivery to my country. Well, I was asked to pay them anyway. Tried to reach Aritzia customer service over 5 days, no help whatsoever. Roll it on me, sending me to talk to my local taxes office. Misleading customers with awful and unhelpful staff.
Editing: it’s been two weeks of fighting with their customer service. Avoid at all cost, it’s becoming absurd and I feel like it’s a joke at my expense the way they are handling it (poorly, to say the least). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I bought for over $260
I bought for over $260, this past Saturday. I came home with track pants a zip up top and a cami. Perfect outfit....However, no socks. My bill shows that I paid for them, but the cashier didn't put them in the bag. I called customer service to complain because, when I tried calling the store, they didn't pick up. Busy Saturday, I know. The people at customer service said they would email the Aritzia at Mapleview Mall in Burlington Ontario, see what had happened, and get back to me within 3 days max. They asked me to not go there because, on a Saturday there are lots of people. It's been over 4 days. No emails. I actually contacted them again this morning, and still, no answer. They're very unprofessional. I suppose they think I'm lying. I've apparently lost the socks and my money. I had a $250 gift card. I hadn't spent enough to get rid of this card, and so decided to add the socks to the lot, which would make the total just a bit more than the $250 gift card. I guess you really have to keep your eye on their sales people. I'm too trusting. I know I'll never go there again. Also, when people ask me where I got my outfit, I'm sure it'll be a turn off when they hear what happened. No one wants a store to behave like this. I used to get Aritzia gift certificates for the girls in my family. Not anymore. As for my husband who got me this gift certificate?? He's very disappointed for me, and he's definitely not going there for me, nor for the girls.
The sale associate left the security…
The sale associate left the security tag on, because I had not reached for the item until a month and a 1/2 after purchase, I didn't realize the tag was still on. Upon removing the tag, it left a little hole and I asked to exchange the item, not return. They said there was nothing they could do.

I can say the company is scammer selling low quality to high end product price. Customer service are not helpful. When the quality is poor and you want to return the customer service acquisition is you used bleach. Such a good sentence to not take the responsibility of the poor quality and transferring the guilt to client. They should shame they called themselves a good Canadian brand. Canadian deserve better than these brand.
Try on your hoodies there’s so many different kinds and so many different fits. Definitely try everything on.
Every time I go in there, it’s like I have a personal shopper. You give them an event colour or occasion, and they will find you many many outfits. Also a very basic and classy look.
Bad Custer service and quality
I recently bought a pair of pants from Aritzia for $178. I wore them to work, and when I sat down, I noticed a loose thread and a stain on the leg. I called customer service right away, but instead of offering a replacement, they told me I had to return the pants myself and that they could only give me 25% off.
I felt uncomfortable returning them after wearing them once, and honestly, for the price, I expected much better service. I even sent them a photo showing the issue, but they still refused to send a replacement. For such an expensive brand, I think they should stand behind their products and make the process easier for their customers.
Be careful when buying from Aritzia — check your items carefully before wearing them. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about shopping there again.
As much as I love all the stuff I get…
As much as I love all the stuff I get from here I would expect a lot more for the sweatpants and a very tall person. I got a xs tall in the cargo sweat pants and the sat above my ankle. Mind you the sizing chart said to do xs tall for someone who is 5’10. So I got them in a small tall and they arrived today and I tried them on and they still sat above my ankle. I am beyond mad I have now spend $90 on 2 pairs of sweatpants from here and they are nothing like how I would expect a small tall to be. I’m extremely disappointed in this and hope aritzia can fix this because 31.5 inseam is not long for someone who is 5’10

Unclear return policy
Unclear return policy. If you purchase in-store, you have 10 days, 14 online. I had my receipt emailed to me. No indication of this anywhere on my receipt. Apparently, I had to do my due diligence and find out. If you were straightforward like other retailers, you would print it clearly on the receipt. I unfortunately will have to make a purchase there just to redeem my store credit. Not looking forward to ever shopping there again. Zara is way better.
They scammed my money
They scammed my money. FedEx said they delivered my package at 9:48pm and I went out of my house and didn’t see any package. I reached out to fedex who couldn’t prove they deliver the package. The company said FedEx always provided consistent service therefore they refused to take the responsibility. However, fedex has no proof that they delivered my order. I am calling my bank to report the scam
Quality isn't that great anymore
I use to love the jackets for aritzia. But I noticed the quality hasnt been good since pandemic. The jackets never use to pill. Its not as thick. The quality isn't good anymore. My older jackets from aritzia held up better then the new ones. That says something
