Disappointed

I went to Aritzia Metrotown and interested in a blouse. The sales told me they don’t have my size and suggested me to order it from another store and pick it up from there. So I ordered and paid at Metrotown store and drove to West 4th store to pick up. After 30min of checking, the sales at West 4th told me that they don’t have this style at all and suggested to order from the warehouse in New West and ship to my home address on priority courier. It was a Friday and they told me I will get it on Saturday. I told them that I needed the blouse for an event on Saturday night and they assured me that with priority delivery it will arrive on Saturday. In return, they gave me a $25 gift card as the compensation of the error and for my driving from Metrotown to West 4th. Today is Monday, Sept 1st and I still haven’t received my blouse. I only received an email from FedEx that it will be delivered on Wednesday Sept 3rd. If I would have known that priority courier would take 5 days, I would have cancelled my order and bought something else for my Saturday night event. I have been a long time Aritzia Customer and am very disappointed with this incident.

Great customer service!

I had such a great experience with Aritzia’s customer service! I purchased several sale items in different sizes to try on, but didn’t realize I’d be refunded to a gift card/credit on returning the sizes that didn’t fit. When I inquired on why I had received a gift card, they noted this policy but made an exception for me, refunding to my original payment method without me even needing to ask!

I also received an item I didn’t purchase instead of one I did, which was really unfortunate as the item I wanted is sold out now, but their customer service team were really apologetic and made it easy for me to return the item I didn’t order/refund the one I didn’t receive.

It was so refreshing to have such great customer service like this as it just seems so rare these days!

During a recent visit to the Aritzia…

During a recent visit to the Aritzia store in Guildford Mall, my husband was waiting in the café area while I shopped. He was told he couldn't use his laptop—but using a cellphone was apparently fine. This policy seems completely unreasonable. Why allow one type of device and not another, with no explanation provided? Honestly, this makes the company look like a joke!!!

Quality of Product & Packaging

I ordered a pair of sweatfleece cargo sweatpants and I was so impressed with the quality of material and the packaging they came in. They were packaged very nicely and I was very impressed! Thank you Aritzia for the high quality products and superior packaging to ship products out!

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. I ordered a shirt in their store and I was told if I have it delivered to the store, it’ll be there in less than a week. Ordered it on July 1st. Today is 23rd and I still don’t have the shirt. I called several times and I got apologies from concierge but different answers each time I called. I wanted the shirt for a vacation that I went on minus shirt and I’m back and still nothing. So disappointed as Aritzia is not cheap. Awful service. They finally refunded me which initially they wouldn’t. This company sucks. Not buying from Aritzia anymore

Hoodie and jogger set

I just ordered a jogger set for my first time ever ordering. Part of my order didn't come in, and they wouldnt refund me or send a replacement, they said was all good and if i find it to let them know. Like wtaf?? I paid for the item and I didn't receive it and they didn't seem to care absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer. If i was anyone ordering id video from start to finish as proof. I wish i did. Im so disappointed as this was my first and last order ever!!

I received my package to find my shirt…

I received my package to find my shirt missing. They let me know that they couldn’t provide me with proof that the shirt was missing but that they would not give me a replacement or refund. PLEASE shop elsewhere. I spoke with a MONEIFA AND ALLISON.

I had an order that for sum reason was all shipped separately almost $400 in clothes and I received one of the 3 packages. The other two were never delivered. I contacted aritzia about it and they said they look into it. The emailed me that it was delivered according to their “internal” team and they could send a replacement or refund. Well that’s bs so I called them. They couldn’t give me any information on their investigation or where the packages are. I had to talk to a robot like employee for almost 20 minutes asking for a supervisor till I got to one who also talked just like a robot u asked multiple questions and all I got was “I’m so sorry for this inconvenience I know this can be frustrating but we can’t do anything at this time, and can’t give you a resolution”, are you joking!!!!!! That’s $300+ I am out of and I can’t even be told where my packages were left or basically anything because everytime I asked I was given the same AI recorded response. Don’t order from them. I’ve seen others have this issue as well. Because they’ll just tell you tough luck. Now I’m having to dispute with my bank in hopes of getting my money back. As someone who works in customer service myself their customer service is horrible and almost inhuman. Just a greedy no good company

Stay away with this company

Stay away with this company. return and refund policy is ridiculous. Any price with even 10% discount, you will not get your refund to original payment method, only to store credit. Not that it is common marketing strategy like listing higher price + %discount.Go see their website, pretty much everything is on sale, which means you will not get refund to your original method.

Return policy is not acceptable

Return policy is not acceptable. If you buy in store or on line sale merchandise will be refunded by store credit which I don’t think is favorable to the buyers but for Aritzia it is definitely in favor for them. They need to change their return policy Avoid buying on their sale items unless your sure you want the item. Just letting the consumers know how bad their return policy

Great!

I didn’t check review before ordering from these guys, but I had a great experience. The dress was the wrong size, I ordered another, returned the first one and got a refund very quick. The dress is very good quality and arrived beautifully packaged.

ZERO stars for customer service

If only I could give zero stars! The WORST customer service. I paid $475 plus tax for a coat….thinking I was getting quality. The zipper broke after a couple months. I’m assuming they have a decent warranty given their prices but NOPE!! They told me this was natural damage caused by every day wear and tear. and I was responsible. So FYI, if you purchase a very expensive winter coat from Aritzia….only zip if really necessary so that your coat lasts the winter.

Disappointed by Aritzia’s Response to Damaged Unworn Item

I’ve been a loyal Aritzia customer for years—and I also had the privilege of working for Aritzia, where I was proud to stand behind the brand’s commitment to product quality and guest experience. That’s why this experience has been especially disappointing.

I purchased the AGOLDE '90s Pinch Waist Leather Pant, which was never worn, tags still attached, and stored properly. Not long after purchase, a small area of discoloration appeared and began to spread on its own over time. Even a professional cleaner confirmed that the damage couldn’t be reversed.

Despite explaining this in detail and sending photos, I was told repeatedly that it wasn't considered a “quality issue.” Instead, Aritzia cited “external damage” and closed my case with no compensation or support offered.

What’s most frustrating is that during my time working at Aritzia, I personally processed returns and exchanges for similar quality concerns—because it was the right thing to do. It’s incredibly disheartening to now be on the receiving end of an experience that contradicts the standards we were trained to uphold.

For a premium-priced item, this lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expected better—not just as a customer, but as someone who once proudly represented the brand.

This experience has left me questioning whether Aritzia still stands by the values it promotes, both to its customers and its own people.

I’ve been a loyal Aritzia customer for…

I’ve been a loyal Aritzia customer for years, often making multiple purchases each month. However, my recent experience with customer service has been deeply disappointing. I contacted support regarding a pair of satin pants that shrank significantly—by at least three inches—after following the care instructions and only wearing them twice.

Despite speaking with five different representatives, submitting photos, and spending hours reviewing my Visa statements and order history, I was not informed until much later that items over two years old are not covered. This crucial detail could have saved me considerable time and frustration had it been communicated earlier.

I ultimately traced the style number to a 2017 release myself—something I would have expected concierge to assist with. Instead, I encountered a dismissive tone, shifting of responsibility, and a lack of accountability for the quality of the product. A customer shouldn’t have to jump through so many hoops just to be told that a garment worn twice isn’t supported.

For a brand that markets itself as premium, this experience fell far short of expectations.

Horrible company...my daughter ordered…

Horrible company...my daughter ordered two pairs of pants online and only one was shipped. She was told that she will not be refunded for the second pair nor would they send her the second pair. They suggested she file a police report but it wasn't theft after shipping, the item was NEVER shipped! She provided photos to show that the box was only big enough for one pair of pants but nothing... Their shipping and customer service are terrible.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They sent me jeans I NEVER ordered instead of the pants I did order I asked if I could keep them since it was there error they said no which is no problem. I RETURNED THE JEANS, I WAS HONEST AND CALLED TO TELL THEM ABOUT JEANS THAT THEY SENT ME THAT I NEVER ORDERED, I could have kept them and they wouldnt have known and THEY TREAT ME LIKE IM A CRIMINAL!! They received the jeans bc I checked Fed Ex, they receieved them on May 6th and Aritzia blocked my account even though I returned the jeans and blocked my last name so my family member can't order for me. SIMIRAN is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!!! I asked her to transfer me to a manger 20 times today and she wouldn't, I asked for her name 20 times she wouldn't tell me but I recognized her voice bc everytime I speak to her she is passive aggressive and never listens to what you are saying, she is very defiant!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst customer Service

I’ve been shopping with Aritzia for years. In the past, they allowed gift card refunds on sale items—especially when an item didn’t fit or the color didn’t match what was shown online. Unfortunately, their customer service has really declined recently and has become unhelpful. Honestly, what a disappointment, Aritzia. I won’t be shopping there anymore. Be cautious if you're considering buying sale items.
