Great company to buy from. Been using them for years and have never had an issue with my order or delivery.
The bird food is always high quality, packed with mealworms. No fillers and no waste.
They also don’t send endless emails like other companies.

I've tried a number of 'off the shelf' hedgehog food options without much joy and as I already buy squirrel food from Ark I thought I'd try their hedgehog food too - and I wasn't disappointed. Within a day of putting out the Insectivore food, our first hedgehog visitor tucked in for no less than 10 mins. Our regular squirrel visitors really enjoy their hazelnut and walnut kernels. In fact, the responses have been so positive that I've started buying their wild bird food too. Ark Wildlife is a great place for all my wildlife needs - excellent quality, value for money and always gets delivered promptly. I definitely recommend this company.

Great products and without fail delivers on time. I have been ordering for yours for my pet and wild birds and the products re as described... delivery is superbly organised.

The red squirrel mix I ordered was first class, a really good mix of a variety of nuts and seeds. I have 5 red squirrels visiting the garden squirrel feeder and they all thoroughly enjoy. Will definitely order again. From order to delivery excellent service. Highly recommend.

Quick delivery, well packaged, good communication

I bought this as a replacement for the conical fat ball feeder as I got sick of the sight (and sound!) of marauding gangs of starlings squabbling whilst they devoured the contents. I had hoped that this feeder would allow the smaller birds a look in, as they usually got turfed of by the starlings.
Whilst I have seen smaller birds using the Nuttery feeder, Starlings are still able to get their heads through the bars and eat the fat balls - though not as quickly as with the previous product. However, they remain the primary feeders.
Now, there is no claim made that the Nuttery feeder is Starling proof but I thought that I should state that, in my experience, it is not.
As ever, the purchasing and delivery by Ark Wildlife was excellent, and I remain a satisfied, regular customer.

Product well packed in recyclable material.
A good -sized spray bottle which I used immediately on my pots where petunias are being chewed. 🤞

I'm really impressed.....I bought x2 mason bee nest boxes (the only ones I could find with removable tubes necessary for cleaning and inspection) and they arrived the next day. Brilliant!

The service provided is always excellent and arrive swiftly. Our small group of hedgehogs (we have 3 that visit and 1 resident) seem to like all the food they are offered ( original hog food,the omnivore mix and the calcium worms) the birds also like the omnivore food. I tested the original hog food on our cat (as it was suggested that cats don't like) and she sniffed it gave me a look of disgust and walked off.

Further to my 3 star review because the mix of the Robin Friendly birdseed was a not to their usual high standard, Ark Wildlife have very kindly sent me another 13Kg bag of their usual excellent Robin friendly birdfood mix. I am extremely grateful to them for this and my wild robins and blackbirds are very happy too. Many Thanks to Karen at Ark Wildlife.

Very quick Delivery, well packaged and the product which I bought was a bird house is very well made and smooth.

Very disappointed with my recent bag of Robin Friendly Premium Mix. Primarily sunflower hearts and someone has vaguely shaken a few suet pellets and oats over the bag. Nothing like as good as my previous bag earlier in the year. Not very good value and I will have to buy the extras that the birds love so much elsewhere.

I placed my first order with this company: a Schwegler 26mm woodcrete bird box. It arrived very well packaged but was damaged with a chunk of woodcrete chipped off leaving a white patch. It was painted so poorly and so carelessly that the brown paint was slapped on halfway up the wire hanger. Nothing like the online image for sure. Ark customer services dealt with my issue quickly and politely. The response from the supplier was: 'it will be fine for use with the minor damage at the front and should provide at least a couple of decades of service'. Not really the point! No apology! So poor! I would have given Ark 5 out of 5 for dealing with my query so efficiently but unfortunately no apology was offered by them either. Come on people it is basic customer care. If something goes wrong apologise!

There were literally 3 members of staff doing everything so wait times for a drink or buying tickets was ridiculous. Rats running around the children's out play area and rat poo on the climbing frames where children are touching. Really poorly run. Would not go back

Brilliant service , delivered promptly , would buy again from this company .
