Ark Wildlife Limited Reviews 

I bought the deal of the month which was three bags of different bird food including a "Hearty Mealworm Mix" . I feed a variety of wild birds and also give my cockerel a treat with a few mealworms sometimes. There were no further details about this product on the website other than the title. When it arrived it was full of sunflower seeds, I rang up to complain The woman on the phone initially apologised and said it must be an end of a batch and that they would send me a replacement. The next day they left a message saying they would not. I phoned back and they just kept arguing with me, they kept trying to change the subject away from the poor quality of the product into a lecture on not giving mealworms to my cockerel, I had ordered this food for the robins, blackbirds amongst others but they kept trying to avoid the issue of quality by going on about the cockerels. They advised me it is standard for the mix to have just 2% mealworms . How can they give it this title if thats the case, how can it be a "Hearty Mealworm" anything with hardly any mealworms in it. They would not do anything about it even though I am an account customer and have ordered quite often, they clearly are not worried about losing business and therefore offer very poor customer service if you ever query a product. They take no long term view of how much you spend and dont value your custom. I wont order from them again

If the birds could talk they would say how much they love Ark Wildlife foods which are an absolute hit with the birds around here. They flock to the two tables I have for them and eat all the food. No waste.

This human loves the great service and prompt delivery (and low minimum spend), and greatly appreciated the very helpful telephone service when a small problem occurred during lockdown caused by an Ark Wildlife supplier. I completely recommend Ark Wildlife to anyone thinking of buying bird foods. A big thank you from birds and human.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Spoke with Karen regarding an order for a Hedgehog House she was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend this company.

I have been feeding local hedgehogs with Ark Wildlife food for a year. They love both biscuits and the muesli, particularly at the moment as the weather is dry and food is scarce. I leave out 2 food bowls and 2 water bowls each night, which are devoured by the morning (definitely by hedgehogs as I often catch them at the bowls in the hogiloo).
I am also very happy with the floating duck and swan food, which seems to be very popular down at the local canal. Nice to feel you can help local wildlife, especially during breeding season and the boredom of lockdown!
Service from Ark Wildlife is always speedy and accurate. Love them.

I bought two bird feeders from Ark, from the Guardian range.
These are the first 'starling-proof' feeders I have found that actually are. The horde of starlings came and had a look, couldn't find a way in and left, allowing the smaller birds the chance to feed. We are now getting a much bigger range of birds in the garden now that they are not intimidated by the starlings.
The feeders are also very well made, sturdy and easy to take apart to clean & refill.

I have used Ark Wildlife several time now with no problems, usually for fat balls which the birds love. Have also bought some hedgehog calcium enriched worm 'treats', following their advice not to allow Reggie to become addicted to them (the bowl is always empty next morning)!

Found this company while browsing the internet and they had just what I wanted , a small bee hotel to go with others I have. I ordered it at ten to three in the afternoon and it was delivered at one on the next day ! Amazing !
The little insect best was of good quality and I won't hesitate to use them again. I look forward to receiving their catalogue.

Fantastic company. I was having trouble with the website so phoned and spoke to a lovely person who took my order over the phone. That was on Monday. My order was delivered on Wednesday. Amazing service, especially during such extraordinary times. Packaging was all eco-friendly, which is important to me. Would highly recommend. Thank you Ark Wildlife! Very happy customer.

I arranged for the item to be sent to my sister for her birthday during lockdown. Instead it was delivered to me, which Ark Wildlife blamed on Paypal even though they had my sister's address on file. They offered nothing - no token, no discount, no help with postage costs, nothing. Ark knew of the problem with Paypal, which apparently overwrites the delivery address before passing you back to the merchant. There are no warnings on the website to check this and no internal processes to check it either. It's just tough on you, the customer, if you paid with Paypal. Very disappointing indeed.

We have been using Ark Wildlife for several years, and have always been impressed with the quality of their products, and their customer service. Even in these difficult times, we receive our products the next day. The diversity of wildlife that is attracted to our small roof terrace is amazing.

I cannot praise or recommend Ark Wildlife enough, in particular their customer service. They have a wide range of excellent products, delivery is always prompt and on a rare recent occasion where I had a problem with a particular item the staff were efficient, extremely friendly and my problem was resolved to my utmost satisfaction. This company is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you to all at Ark.

I’ve ordered from Ark a few times now and their customer service, delivery time and quality of products are fabulous (highly recommended by the birds and squirrels!).

I had an issue with one order and it was resolved in 24 hours, absolutely great service.

This company is very annoying and don’t know what they’re doing or have done! I’ve already written a very accurate an negative review on the 9th of August which has been deleted because it was replaced by this one, didn’t know it did that so will get my partner to post the previous review. I am now responding to their response:
1. We contacted you, so wrong there!
2. You were phoned because the price for the item and nothing to do with the price for delivery! You stated that the price for the item had gone up, but you hadn’t updated your site! Your response is deliberately trying to mislead and pass the blame! Again you are wrong!
3. I’ve not received the item which shows that you really don’t know what going on and are really not a very impressive company, quite the opposite! Oh, wrong again! Ridiculous company!

Such lovely people to deal with. My order arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly as ordered .... what more can you ask?
