I bought a gift card for my brother's birthday and he subsequently ordered some cookies. My mistake, I guess, but boy oh boy, are these cookies giant balls of dough. If you love, and I mean really love, cookie dough, you might like these. But if you don't, maybe give them a miss. They are also incredibly sweet. Eaten on a regular basis, you'll probably need to have your dentist on speed dial.

I unfortunately ordered my cookies to the wrong address, these were meant as a gift to friends who had just become parents. I emailed customer services on the same day after spotting my mistake, delivery was that speedy however the cookies were delivered to the wrong address the next morning.
I received an email back from Rhys a couple of hours later who very kindly sent a replacement order to the correct address!
Really wonderful customer service and I'll definitely use this company again.

I can't fault these cookies at all. As a baker myself I appreciate excellent quality and flavours. These were delicious, thick cookies with a gorgeous filling, literally amazing!!! All the flavours I tried were lush. I did have a slight mix up with my order which was rectified by Arrival Cookies promptly; they went above and beyond to sort it out for me, thanks to Rhys for the excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to others. YUMMY!!!

Apart from the cookies being amazing. ( I've bought far to many over the past year) Customer service is great to for a small outfit.

Excellent brownies (and cookies!). As someone who is very picky about food, these are worth the calories. I don't understand why people want cheap, tastless food. Spend the money and enjoy it!

I ordered the brownies after having the cookies. The brownies are smaller than I expected, so didn't think they were very good value. The brookie was more like a cake consistency. The salted caramel brownie tasted very good though.

Honestly, having seen the amazing pictures on social media, I was a bit disappointed with these. They are smaller and more expensive than other brownies-by-post companies and the best I can say is that they were fine, not quite the luxurious decadence I was expecting. I love Arrival cookies, but I wouldn’t recommend their brownies at all.

I ordered an assortment of cookies and the presentation didn’t disappoint - they arrived on time and were beautifully presented. Each cookie was also huge in comparison to other cookies I’ve purchased! However the flavour was disappointing - they were flavourless and just tasted of butter/sugar. Maybe due to the quality of chocolate used (which I couldn’t taste). I expected a better flavour for the price paid. There are other cookies out there which look the part and taste the part, for a similar/cheaper price.

Nice amount of goodies for the money, but have left me disappointed. Each one just feels sugar-laden and doesn't taste of much at all. I've tried to let them know about this via email but had no response after a week. Will not be using again.

Being a big fan of Arrival's cookies I decided to give the brownies a try. Delivery took a little longer than previously (presumably because they had an offer on). Packaging was compact and everything arrived in good condition but it didn't feel as special as the cookies do. The brownies themselves I found a little disappointing compared to the cookies. The plain ones weren't gooey at all, even when warmed in the microwave. The best ones were the salted caramel which were gooey and very tasty, albeit a little sickly. Sorry Arrival but I'll be sticking to your cookies from now on.

First impression was that the "high" price is due to packaging rather than the cookies otherwise this would have been a 5 star. However 3 orders in now and about to place another. These are great cookies and brownies especially after warming in the oven and serving with ice cream. They do warm up well from the freezer no need to defrost first. Also we were a little confused over which one was which but the recent orders also included a card to help identify the cookie.

Thick, round, firm on the outside, but soft on the inside. These are the cookies that I am in the mood for sometimes and I finally found them.

They are very sweet, but you need a little sweetness in your life. They are soft, almost cookie dough like, but you need a little softness in your life.

I will get these again for sure!

I ordered a pack of 8 Creme Egg Cookies on Thursday 24 Feb. Arrived today as a pack of 10. They are presented beautifully in a lovely box and each cookie in own individual paper bag. But i am gutted to have received a mixed box of different cookies rather than the Creme Egg ones ive ordered. I have sent an email and I hope I can get my issue resolved.

The only reason I did not order a mixed box is they do not do "swap and change" which for me would create waste and you cannot waste these cookies they look so nice. I hope to receive my correct order soon and I look forward to changing this to a 5 star as soon as i recieve the correct box :)

The brownies were lovely, but in the pictures on the website/facebook they appear much bigger so feel massively cheated in-regards to that and overall cost because of this!
