Wedding gift
I ordered some cutlery as a wedding gift. It arrived on time and each piece was well wrapped. I've docked one star because ideally I would like it to have been delivered directly to the wedding couple, but as there was no option for gift wrap or to include a message, I had it delivered to me. I'm glad I did because the box it came in was rather battered, not ideal for a gift. I've re-wrapped it and put it in a gift bag to take to the wedding. The cutlery looks very nice and of good quality, but I can't comment further as it wasn't my choice and I'm not the one who'll be using it.

A delight to deal with a professional & helpful organisation

Great offer on this canteen of cutlery, came very quickly unfortunately I was not at home due to an appointment and dpd driver would not deliver to neighbour.
I arranged redelivery to my neighbour as I was away and no weekend delivery slots. Still happy with the goods I received which is a wedding present

I’m very happy with my new cutlery set. It is beautiful and I know that I’ll get many years of enjoyment from it. It is great that this product is made in the UK. The delivery service was impressive, especially given that I ordered it to be shipped to New Zealand. I’d like to give credit to Amy as she was most helpful and responsive with my questions. The service was good
The service was good, delivery was a bit slow and I thought that my order had gone missing. I emailed you and you were happy to send replacement items. Fortunately my order arrived later than expected but Amy was ready to send an immediate replacement order. Very polite and amicable correspondence .
The cutlery is beautiful very well made and elegant design, I have been collecting the items over a few years and the quality has stayed the same
