Customer service poor
I am a loyal customer and tend to buy 2-3 bottles at a time which last me well. The product itself is fab but the customer service and return policy is terrible. I still had a brand new bottle from my order last year which I used no problem. However, when I used it again the mechanism went on the pump after tanning one leg. The bottle is still practically full. They refused to replace, fine so I asked if they could send an empty bottle so I could transfer and use the rest, they still refused stating they only replace faulty items within a 14 day period. Really disappointed in their attitude that they wouldn't even send an empty bottle! It has put me off using the company in the future.

I made an order from this company for the first time, quite excited to try a new brand. However I still have not received my order nor have I had a reply from the emails I have sent. Poor customer service. And poor order control. Absolutely no communication at all. Even the courier is still waiting according to the tracking

Best tan ever
I love all rose and carmel products and the reward scheme is great. I've used this brand for years. I use the velvety super dark tan. I have extremely pale skin and its gives me a gorgeous natural looking tan so don't let the super dark put u off of ur pale like me. In the summer I tan over 2 nights and just do one in the winter. The purity tan remover is amazing also. Over the years I've had one problem with my order and it was dealt with swiftly and the customer service team were great. 100% the best tan u can get.

Works amazing!! However, I did have a rash or hive-like reaction. I have sensitive skin, so I should have spot-tested before using this. My reactions are only in my already eczema-prone areas. If you have sensitive skin, I would recommend against this. If not, it’s great!! I can use it on my arms and upper legs, but anywhere else, I end up rashy. I’ve used this product a handful of times and always have the same reaction.

I think this tan is incredible
I think this tan is incredible. I am really pale and most tans look golden in certain lighting but so pale in full sun. Rose & caramel looks great in bright sun, I do two coats, only one on hands and feet. Tan is so natural looking olive not orange. Goes on really well, no streaks and no build up marks. I use moisturiser before applying on areas that catch the tan… knuckles, feet’s etc. love it! Highly recommend

As a fake tanner for about 30 years, this is the best tan I have ever used . I’m trying some of their other products now… I never normally leave reviews! (And don’t want them to sell out so this is done some reluctance ) !
