I ordered a Lego set online. It was delivered within 48hrs and delivery was free. Excellent service in what must be a hectic time of year for the staff.

Rachel at the Gorey branch has helped me so much this morning. I have searched far and wide for the worlds smallest elf on the shelf for my little boy who specifically requested it as a gift from Santa Claus. Gorey had one in stock but not available for delivery and I live in cork. After a phone call with Rachel she helped me out and was so kind. It's a Christmas miracle! My little boy will be so happy on Christmas morning. Top service and thank you! Happy Christmas!

Many thanks to the staff in Swords’s for exchanging the oil water mixable paint, when I should have bought oil paint. I buy from the shop a lot and I am very grateful that you exchanged the paint. Well done and thank you to the manager.

I have had the most wonderful experience with this company, going over and above for me. I’m not going to bore you with details but believe me when I say they’ve made my son very happy by going that extra mile for me. Especially a guy called Aidan. What a great guy, he really did everything he could and I couldn’t recommend this company enough. 100% fabulous all round.

Ordered online and the storage box of the board game was damaged. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, unless you physically go in to the store.

I placed an order for collection from a local store. I received an email letting me know they had received my order and would let me know when it was available. After 10 days I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed them looking for an update and received no response. I emailed a second time advising them I would be initiating a chargeback with my bank for the order. Low and behold the threat of a chargeback finally got a response. They didn't even bother with a basic "sorry". They let me know they had no idea what had happened with my order, said they would check with the web team and provided a refund. I won't waste my time with them again.

Amazing experience ordering online. I had some specific questions on a product and Richéal went above and beyond to answer my inquiries and ensure that I got exactly what I was looking for. Why do shops have 3 staff in your Ballincollig shop the girls were not helpful. All behind the counter chatting,drinking coffee, when asked for glass ink was told don't think so but you can use this, you couldn't. A customer help. It's as if the art part of the shop is going down.

If you're thinking to order online, just don't.
I put a load of stuff on sale into the cart, then at checkout it wouldn't accept my address. The address was correct, but I changed it a few times, nothing worked so I emailed them with screenshots of the error and of my cart.
Someone emailed me back the next morning... Telling me to check every item's page to see if it's out of stock or if I ordered more than they have. While doing that, I saw that one item changed to "click and collect only" in the cart. My screenshots showed that was not the case the previous night. So I sent an email response, querying it. Got no answer that day.
Hours later, I decided to throw the item out and just continue with the purchase... Only to notice my cart total was higher than it was that morning. They sneakily removed one of the items from the offer and put it back up at full price! No email, no notification, not even a message at the cart! Be careful not to get caught by such a scam when checking out! I'm done with this website, went with someone else instead for my crafting needs.
You can't get by on just being an Irish business, you know!!
