Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, this program is in deep dive. It doesn't matter if, like me, you are a top tier member for over 15 years (Diamond / Emerald), you get zero respect, zero consideration, zero service, lots of meaningless statements and empty promises - the hallmark of bureaucratic incompetence, putting customers on hold endlessly for god knows what reasons, and all of that when they just don't flat out blame their airline partners.
They do not bother crediting miles from their One World alliance's airline partners onto your Asiamiles account UNLESS you claim those miles as missing yourself AND ensure to following up in endless phone calls with their untrained customer service hotline... There is zero care whatsoever here, zero interest in the customers beyond charging them extortionate airfares for mostly outdated aircraft cabins.
