Working at Ask4care is an icredibly rewarding experience. As a carer I feel genuinely valued , supported and appreciated every day. The company shows real compassion not only to its service users but also to its staff , creating a warm and respectful environment. Management is approachable , professional and always willing to help which makes a huge difference in such an inportant role. Ask4care is dedicated to providing high - quality care and it is clear that dignity ,kindness and respect are the heart of everything they do. I am proud to be part of a team that truly makes a possitive difference plus all work colligues are wonderdul.

I am always able to get a hold of the team. The team keep me well informed with regards to my Grandma's health and care needs.

Ask4care have been looking after my grandma for the past 4 years and I can not express my gratitude enough.
They put my mind at ease knowing she is always looked after with such care and compassion.
She doesn’t see her carers as carers they're her friends. Always there for her when she needs it and loves having a laugh with Trish!
The office staff are incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond! Jade and Aisha are just fab!
I would definitely recommend ask4care to anyone!

We are new to Ask4carefor about a month now, it is the best thing that has happened to us. My wife has lots of medical problems and Dementia and over the last 4 Years has got very difficult for me to handle because my health has got worse. It came to a stage where we needed help, we discovered Ask4care. They are brilliant, we have had nothing but care, understanding, listening, hard work and most of all laughter. I cannot sing the praises more of Dahlia who has all of these attributes, and it always a joy when she turns up to visit, that not to say that we don't enjoy the other carers. Thanks to you all.

I moved to Ask4care from another agency when my 95 year-old mum's care needs increased. Ask4care were recommended by the local authority support team, and their recommendation has proved well-justified. Ask4care have been continually responsive to my mum's changing needs over time, and excellent in dealing with both the usual issues and the occasional crises (falls, alarms, etc). I've been very impressed with the way the carers are willing to go the extra mile to solve problems (eg boiler issues, hearing aid problems etc), and the way the supervisory staff (Jade and Aisha) manage my mum's care, oversee problem resolution, and maintain excellent communication with myself. I do very few recommendations on google/trust pilot, but I'm delighted to recommend Ask4care.

I cannot thank the team enough for the care and compassion they showed to my nana, during her final days. This was an incredibly difficult time for our family, but the kindness, dignity, and respect they treated her with made all the difference.

Every member of staff went above and beyond—not only ensuring Nana was comfortable and well looked after, but also supporting us as a family. They showed genuine warmth, patience, and understanding, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

It meant so much to us to see Nana cared for with such tenderness and professionalism. Knowing she was in safe, caring hands gave us real peace of mind during such a heartbreaking time.

We will always be grateful for everything they did. I would wholeheartedly recommend this care company to anyone looking for truly compassionate, high-quality care.
