I liked that fact one of the books I ordered came quickly. The second book didn't arrive. I had to contact Aslan to find out why. They did reply quickly saying the book was out of stock, and would be sent as soon as back in stock. It did arrive a few weeks later. Better customer service weighs have been to let me know it was out of stock, rather than me having to ask

There was a slight misunderstanding as I thought the CD had been dispatched but when it did not arrive I emailed Aslan and was told it was out of stock. Fortunately further supplies must have arrived and it was dispatched straight away.

The book seemed to take a long time to come, unlike other orders, which are usually very prompt. Presumably you had to get new stock from the publisher.

I had tried to order this from another company who, after several weeks said they couldn’t get it. Aslan Books accepted the order and informed me of a several week wait and then it arrived early, so happy days! The communication was friendly and accurate, a very good company.
