Hi my self Syed shah Imran. Sorry for my language but one of the wrost disgusting and I don’t hv any more words to make it clear how disgusting and careless is this company no good response and they said my courier will take 6 to 8 working days now it’s been 20 days and my couriers is still in Delhi 10 days in Mumbai and renaming 10 days in Delhi and this is not funny and good as well no proper updates of my courier and if you are not able to do your work on time then why you say lie while making the service that it will be only 8 working days and you are charging proper amount but the service is shit

Worst customer support. No proper response from customer support team. No update from courier company about the status of the package. Took more time than the expected.

I would rate 0 to this courier company, My family sent it from India with love but it has been 15 days now my parcel has not been delivered yet.Customer service couldn’t help, they just keep on saying to email and on emailing they just keep on saying to wait until they could contact other team and it’s been 5 days that they have not been able to contact their team and track my parcel.

Terrible, they have no idea where anything is or how it shows up, impossible to deal with or track.

They should not be legally allowed to be a courier company in Canada.

Terrible. Parcel stuck in Mumbai for 5 days with no updates. Later asked for same information which was submitted 7 days ago. No apologies, defiant when challenged and clarification about when parcel is going to be sent. Big black hole :(:(:(:(:(:(:

VERY PATHETIC service.
We used their service to courier our households from India to USA. Most of the plastic jars are broken. Most of the crockery broken. The packaging is very much poor. I will never recommend Atlantic service to anyone. Please be aware before choosing its service

i sent a parcel from bangalore through atlantic courier,
containing indian coffee to my son in paris, meant for his landlady, who cared for him like her son, and after a fair period of time, it reached paris but delivery was attempted at an area which was not connected to the pin code given in the address. the tracking just gave a message 'could not be delivered'. the courier did not even attempt to reach out to the addressee, though phone number was given. my only point of contact was ms.avishka, who doesnt answer calls or respond to messages and the local bangalore office of atlantic forwards the number of ms.avishka. It does not matter if a parcel could not be delivered for any reason, but the company can at least give some feedback of efforts made in
this direction or status. there is complete silence from ms.avishka. I dont know how they even operate, with no accountability, responsibility or conscience. i will communicate with all my known groups never to engage atlantic courier. they will frustrate you.

Never rely on this company!

There is no option for Zero rating else I would have given. Pathetic service and unknowledgeable employees. Not able to deliver the parcel on time and you have to reach out constantly to get an update and still you won't get any updates from them. Such a shitty service.

my sister sent a package from Noida India she paid for fastest service after like 8 days of delay they asked me to pay more here to receive the package excuse me have u told anyone about extra payments? such a waste and fraud these people are i said u can keep the package. even though i can pay it but if u dont mention any charges earlier then i m not supposed to pay

First few weeks the tracking wasn't showing anything at all. after 2 weeks the item showed received in their warehouse. form 14th Jan to 27th Jan no movement, contacted them many times, reply comes waiting for flight confirmation. Now my supplier informed me that they have missed placed my parcel. What a junk of Cowboys & Jack/Ass.

Terrible service, item with courier since 11/01/2025, still not shipped to SA by 26/01/2025. No responses to requests for updates, or confirmation of delivery date. By far the worst international shipping service I have dealt with. Would never recommend

My courier is missing worth $2000 which I sent from Atlantic Courier and its 50 days gone and still not delivered to USA.. I have worst service ever. Non of the team member is taking responsibility to deliver this. Can anybody help?

I recently used their service to send parcel from Trivandrum to Edmonton.Before booking ,I clearly conveyed to the sales, MsSwamini , that the parcel contained food items and important medicine. She assured me that it would be handled properly and even agreed to provide updates throughout the transit .While booking, I was informed that the TT approx 15 days .However I never recieved any proactive updates from Ms.Swamini. Whenever I followed up I was given vague and unsatisfactory responses. To make matters worse the tracking website wasnt updates ,leaving me in dark about my parcel. After much frustration , the parcel finally reached on 8th Jan'25, but in a terrible condition .The food item covers were torn and had to be disposed . the clothes were unfolded and in complete disarray. It was incredibly disappointing , especially considering the high cost I paid for this service .I even sent an email explaining the situation and the delay but no one responded .I cannot recommend their service based on what I went through . VERY POOR SERVICE

I have shipped my bag from Poone on 23rd Nov to Toronto.
I am still waiting to receive it.
When I call them for tracking number.
That number only work on their own website link
All these days updates says
Custom clearance at Canada.
I even went to office in Toronto personally.
However with their AWB number self clearance office could not track my bag.
Lady Deepa at local office in Poone.said on 27th Dec that we will receive within 3 business days.
Nothing happen.
Very scary and annoying service.
No clue for 11 digit AWB tracking number

The most useless service,never delivers in time ,many times get returned for no reason.officecstaff has no clue. Don't waste money with this courier.

I want to give minus star if possible. How can you delivered the stuff to wrong address when address is mentioned in the airway bill. No call before doing the delivery if the person is available or not. than what is the meaning of courier? what you commit never do it on time. Worst courier experience ever in my life. Never recommended to anyone for the same.

Fraud Courier service. They will commit many things during negotiations but will not follow that once you made payment. The things are damaged and valuable things are looted.

Atlantic International couriers is stupid courier services I had ever faced.You can expect negligency,ignorance rather than your parcel delivery.Narsima Kohli is the worst staff ever they did not deliver my parcel even though it's a month (India to UK) waste of time and money.Do not trust them.Rating 1 is more than they deserve.
Low trained staff ( Hyderabad prakash Nagar branch)dont even know how to communicate with customers.

They are thief’s, I haven’t received my package since september. No one has any idea when my package will arrive. Used DHL for a separate package and received it in two days but in two months I haven’t received my package from Atlantic couriers. They are scamming people!
