Swift tyre replacement and online good price, nice blue light discount

Great customer service. I called just after they opened and reserved two tyres with Paul that he arranged to be fitted, along with carrying out four wheel drive wheel alignment, the same day. Friendly technician's who talked me through the alignment process. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Ipswich branch, they done a brilliant job from start to finish.

Took the car in for a full four point wheel alignment and wheel balance.
I believe all that was done was a standard tracking . Had mentioned a noise from the rear wheels being the reason for alignment check.
Noise still the same on collection.
A week later took the car to another tyre specialist and again asked them to look at what the noise could be and within 10 seconds diagnosed a tyre bulge. New tyres and immediately cured.
Spent £120 with ATS for standard tracking and failure to address the main issue.

ATS Ipswich sourced and fitted the tyres we wanted quickly and efficiently.

Used the Ipswich branch.Two new front tyres/balance/valves.within a day or two i could smell burning and then noticed smoke coming off of both tyres.Within a week the tyres had gone out of balance and the steering wheel shook and the car started to judder.Took it back.They claimed that a binding brake pad on drivers side was causing the issue.I pointed out that the wheel on the passenger side,which was free rolling and had no binding brake pads was also smoking.The manager claimed it had an intermittent binding brake pad.Had a chuckle about that nonsense.Took the car elsewhere,and having deliberately done nothing about the binding brake pad,had two more tyes fitted.The symptoms all disappeared.They at all times wriggled and writhed and i'm now £100 out of pocket.Diabolical experience.

Excellent communication from staff as usual to organise appointment however whole experience let down by the wrong battery being delivered for job and having to wait longer for correct one to arrive!! Saying that this didn't detract too much from the usual good service from ATS team

Had my air conditioning regassed it’s lovely and cold again. But when I looked under the bonnet none of the clips for the plastic engine covers had been put in right, some where missing the rest were loose

Worst tyre fitting experience in 30 years of driving. Tyres not there at appointment time. This wouldn't have been a problem but got told one story after another. Not on system so gave the order number and they found it. Then told they tried to call to let me know prob getting tyres in. No calls or emails received. Then it was due to rare tyre size, which is the same as almost all Ford Focuses, checked contacts correct and said would wait for a call as the delivery van arrived with my tyres on it. They then tried telling me payment had not gone through but could show paid on my PayPal and taken from my card. The last comment was the fitting slot was now taken by someone else so come back another time.

ATS Ipswich carried out a complementary healthcheck on my car when it was in for an aircon regas and emailed a detailed report. I look after my cars personally and it was great to see that every item in the report was absolutely accurate. They clearly did not do it to just create work because it highlighted that nothing needed attention but as a genuine free service for their customers. Well done to the gents at ATS Ipswich.

Very pleased with the service. They regassed my air conditioning quickly and we're reasonably priced. Would recommend them to anyone

Honest, been tolled.by john grose front brakes needed done, turn, took my car for second opinion, turned out brakes were fine. These guys didn't charge me! Friendly service and honest! And quote was reasonably priced! Thank you!

Reece was competent, honest and did his absolute best when I took my car in as the wheel was scraping on the wheel arch - he even put some air in it and charged me nothing as they could not align my wheels as something was bent :) Top guy and great customer service!!!!
