Booking by telephone was efficient, the staff member had time to discuss various issues with me and this was followed by smooth on the day service, with once again, helpful staff. Overall a positive experience, thank you.

Had tyres changed yesterday and very reliable and efficient explained to me about a few other bits which i wasn’t aware of and polite friendly and awesome service showed my little boy how it was done and put a smile on his face would definitely recommend Josh F

Rude service, aircon regas didnt work and they said that the regas doesn’t make the aircon cold…. That’s how refrigerant works.

re-gassed in our car. ATS Euromaster at Middlesbrough are our first and only choice each time. The staff are friendly and helpful and they do an amazing job. The car on the way home was amazing and so cool. Thank you as always.

I arrived early for my appointment. The staff were helpful and got straight on with the task. I was told that it would take about an hour. I returned an hour to find the car ready and waiting for my collection. Staff were polite and helpful. The site was neat clean and tidy.
Really happy with the experience and the safety check report I later received via email.

I arrived, very concerned about my tyre pressure warning light having alerted me to a problem. I was given a time slot, which was actually brought forward by 55 minutes (wonderful!). Everything was explained to me very clearly, I received a great discount on 2 tyres, my tyre warning alert settings were accurately adjusted and I also received a digital car check (useful as I hope to trade in this car soon). Really lovely staff; very clean, organised, comfortable waiting room; professional service, great prices - I mean, what else do you need?

I took my car to Middlesbrough ATS today for its annual MOT. The guy’s were friendly, I didn’t feel intimidated whilst waiting for the car as I have at other garages in the past. I will certainly be recommending them to friends. Even better my car passed its MOT, thanks again guy’s.
