ATS Euromaster - Perth Reviews 110

My car had a holed silencer, so I booked it with ATS Perth to check and replace. Unfortunately ATS could not remove the old exhaust due to rusted bolts! This was because a) Their bolt heating machine was away for repair, and b) They did not have an oxy-acetylene torch to cut the rusted bolts. I got the exhaust section replaced elsewhere without any issues. Two stars for looking at the car and confirming what was required, none for not having the equipment to remove rusted bolts. I would have prefered to have been told at the outset when I phoned that they couldn't do replacement exhausts rather than wait for 2 days for the car to be looked at, then take time off for the appointment.

My daughter whilst touring around Scotland had a slow air leak. She had to keep stopping to blow up the tyre. She made it to Perth ATS and thought she would be able to get it repaired. That was where she mistaken. The block sat in his office was indifferent to her situation and said he wouldn't be able to fit her in until tomorrow. It was only to repair a puncture for goodness sake, how long would it have taken. She is now attempting to get to Edinburgh in the hope someone will be able to help. I will never use ATS again and not recommend them.

Excellent service at a very high standards

Very friendly and knowledgeable was worried about a slight puncture from a thorn in the side wall of my tyre but it was thoroughly checked and all was ok. Got a full report of all the tyres too.Fantastic customer service.

Far to expensive for a simple slow puncture. Plus how cann you charge £10 for a wheel.balance then on top of that a new valve..nothing wrong with existing valve.. £32.50 ... I was only £63 per tyre last year for new tyres..at ATS.

Had a flat so had to put the spare on. Went down to ATS,was in and out 25 minutes. They fixed the puncture and changed the spare. Great job.

I got 4x supposedly new Snow tyres fitted. (Kumho WinterCraft WP52). On 26/10/24, at the Perth, Inveralmond site. Every tyre has less than 6mm tread, whereas 8 to 10mm would be the industry standard. Particularly when considering snow tyres. I have provided very good feedback for ATS in the past, but have now lost faith in them. And will have to go elsewhere to get safe snow tyres with a decent depth of tread.
