Once good, very patchy customer service now
I have been really pleased with Audio Affair in the past, and they still have good customer service...but only if you're prepared to chase orders and phone them. Communication has gone off recently unfortunately. They have become unreliable when it comes to emailing with order updates and delivery information. You can be left in the dark unless you ring, not knowing where an order is and when it's going to be dispatched. Shame. Needs sharpening up.
