A1 customer service/satisfaction.
First experience of dealing with this company and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. It is rare these days to get such prompt responses from any queries and Niall dealt with everything brilliantly. There was an issue with an item damaged in transit (not Audia Affair’s fault) and the matter was resolved perfectly without fuss (and they went the extra mile to ensure it arrived perfectly on the second occasion). Would highly recommend this company to others based on my experience (and I look forward to ordering from them again).

I ordered Quadraspire castors
I ordered Quadraspire castors, after a long and inconvenient time I received some hammer castors from Japan , they are fine, but not what I ordered . You could give me an adequate explanation and I may buy from you again if not I won't.

Antwoord van Audio Affair
Lawrence, thank you for your order and for taking the time to speak with me on the phone. As discussed, we want to reassure you that the castors you received are indeed 100% genuine Quadraspire components. That said, we completely understand your frustration regarding the shipping delays. Quadraspire hand-machines many of their items, which can unfortunately cause longer lead times than we would all like. We're glad we could clear this up, and that you're happy with the item. As mentioned on the phone, if you're still not 100% happy, the offer for a full return or refund remains open if you ever change your mind. Thank you again, please do let me know if you have any other concerns.
