Some time ago I ordered some QED Performance Graphite interconnects and had a good experience of the product and service from Audio Affair. This time I took the plunge and ordered a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 12.1i speakers and Mission Stancette speaker stands (with a 5% discount). Excellent sales support from Joey, who helped me make my decision on pairing with my Cambridge Audio setup. David from Customer Service kept me informed of progress with my purchase, topped off with prompt delivery by Guy from DPD. The speakers look and sound great, fantastic! Product didn’t work as described. Couldn’t handle the weight of speaker you claimed it could. You refunded but I had to pay for the whole return cost. Not impressed. The speakers weigh 4.4 kg. I know this because I weighed them. The brackets are a bad design.

I phoned AudioAffair to question an Analouge Production availability, they were very helpful and took the time to check and answer my queries the best they could. I was very impressed by their friendly demeanour. My order arrived promptly and well packaged I highly rate them as a stockists for audiophile labels.

I purchased a high quality album as a gift for a good friend. I wanted to be certain that if I got my choice wrong that it could be returned for exchange. My email enquiry was answered very quickly and clearly. Album arrived promptly, was well packaged and the new owner delighted.

Was looking for a specific brand and talking to Joey just before the weekend and then his follow-up emails and reminders guided me to my choice. Delivery was next day and throughout I enjoyey fantastic customer service, especially during phone calls to query product related features.

Audio Affair knows how to relate to the customer - they are anxious to please and do everything they can to help. I asked them to supply a replacement remote control for my hifi, and they did so promptly, only for me to find it wouldn't connect with my hifi. They immediately sent another one which, sadly also failed to work - both Audio Affair and I were misled by erroneous online information. I returned the item and they immediately refunded me the cost. I would have no hesitation in contacting them again should I need any further hifi supplies. An excellent company which I fully recommend!

I ordered a power cable, which took a time to make and deliver from the manufacturer. Niall who I presume deals with the customer services contact side of things, kept me informed, and was extremely polite, informative, and helpful. The company has good prices, great customer services, and from my experience was entirely trustworthy and decent. So I recommend them if you are buying Hifi products.

I recently purchased an amplifier from Audio Affair. I have bought several pieces of hifi kit in the past and if Audio Affair sell something I want to buy, they will be my first port of. The staff are always friendly and courteous. I have dealt with Joey on several occasions and he has always been courteous and very knowledgeable. I will no doubt be returning to Audio Affair in the near future. A great company and great staff.

Once again based on previous purchases and dealing with Audio Affair, it certainly has become my 1st choice HiFi store when contemplating buying new equipment. A big thanks to Joey again for all his help and reminding me I actually had 'loyalty points' which reduced the price of my Cyrus PSX. Excellent, bought an Audio Technica ART9XI cartridge and they professionally fitted it for free!
They're also honest, I can't stand companies that just want to milk you for every penny you have, these guys will give you honest, sensible advice.
