The on line order process is deceptive. I should have recognized the pattern. Discount after discount is offered along with displaying how few titanium boards were left in-stock before prices are raised! Then the customer enters credit card info and that triggers a warning to not go back or leave because the card could be charged double. Next page is required viewing of a Japanese knife set and an offer to add that to the order. If the customer succeeds at dodging that there's another offer for some gadget and then another with a possible exit prompt--but it's hard to tell because the customer then sees a charge for much more than the original advertised price! Somehow the original offer was replaced by a higher price. I sent an email to cancel my order immediately. If that's unsuccessful, I am reporting this to my credit card company and my state's business license bureau and posting on my social media accounts.

Overall experience was good, however the cutting boards were a disappointment. The initial impression when unwrapping was underwhelming due to my thought that they would have been more than just thin, very thin piece of metal. Next was noting that these do not have any grip capability. I used them for every day meal prep and they seemed do okay. But you must put them on something to keep them from slipping around. Then came the day to make salsa. I have very nice knives and I keep them razor sharp. While slicing and dicing four (just four) tomatoes - I had to stop to sharpen my chef’s knife twice to get the job done and a third to return it to the block. Decided that was enough and have inquired about returning them. Interestingly in your note asking about a review you acknowledged that point but I have yet to hear back about any return process.

Great customer service. Have used the pan 1 time to saute mushrooms. They cooked up nice with some butter added to the pan and came out great. Quick handwash cleanup.

Had some issues early on. However these are the best cutting boards I’ve used. Easy to clean and store.

I love the cutting boards! Easy to clean and I don't feel like stuff is being "left behind"! The billing issue was handled quickly, efficiently and politely. Overall, very happy with my experience :)

I never completed my order because I changed my mind but I was billed for more cutting boards than I had selected and they were sent. I ended up getting a moderate refund but it was barely enough.

The cutting boards are incredibly useful and cleanup is a breeze. However the edges, especially around the built in handle slot are very sharp and should have been smoothed out before shipping.

Nice titanium cutting board that is lightweight. I love the different sizes. You don't often need a large, cumbersome board. I used a pair of pliers to turn up the edges a little on the handle end so they are easier to pick up!

This cutting board is great. I ran 54 Italian restaurants in my full time life and I wish I had been able to give each one these boards. They don't etch and don't dull the knife. You're able to cut cleanly and start the next task. Thank you!!!

We really like our titanium cutting boards! They are sturdy, clean, and easy to handle. The edges are a bit on the sharper-than-normal side of a cutting board. We are so glad to have found something that doesn't allow old food to lodge in the cracks.
Auntie Rue helped us with all of our questions and was quick to fix any ordering issues we had. We highly recommend!

Beware they will sneak in a $25 a month subscription. I am dealing with this now, a surprise credit card charge. I had to accept to complete the original order, now with no notice or chance to stop it, I'm neing charged a subscription I do not want.

Needed a board to bake from. Also, the antibacterial feature was a definite like. I haven't used it yet but soon:)!!!!

Easy to order, the board is great and customer service gets the job done!

I have enjoyed the peace of mind with the cutting board.
Cleaning to perfection at times difficult.
I wish they had a ridge to catch liquid.
The feel of the handle is my least favorite feature.
I felt my order took too long to full fill but customer service was very helpful.

I had an issue with my order and I have to say, the customer service was EXEMPLARY. Sarah was so responsive, pleasant,and quickly resolved things.
I LOVE that this titanium board, by virtue of its material, is so hygienic. That was my primary reason for purchasing this. One more thing: cleanup is a snap.

I am still getting used to my new cutting boards, having never cut on metal before. They wash up so easily and their slim design make them a real space saver in my drawer. Only downside is that the edges feel a little sharp especially the inside hole. Customer service has been great.09092026

I felt like the checkout process was deceiving, as other items besides the items I wanted to buy were listed. I had to be super diligent, and I actually signed up for a membership that I did not want. As a result, I notified my CC of fraud, so that opened a can of worms. Checkout should be only for items opted in. There shouldn't be a need to opt out of purchasing items that are not wanted.

About a month ago I purchased titanium cutting boards from Auntie Rue. I cook a lot, often using hot peppers, onions and fresh spices like cilantro. All these veggies and spices can be absorbed by my wooden cutting boards, requiring scrubbing after use. I also ditched my plastic boards to minimize microplastics and wanted a safe cutting board for cutting fish, poultry etc.
The boards are easy to clean – you just stick them in the dishwasher or easily hand wash. I routinely sharpen my knives so concerns about dulling haven’t been an issue.
I admit that I’ve had my ups and downs with Auntie Rue --- the website could be clearer, and I had to contact customer service for help two times. With that said, Sarah, from the customer support team was very helpful and resolved all my issues.
Bottom line – I use the boards regularly and am considering buying a larger board. And, special praise for the personalize service from the customer support team.

The boards so far work great. No dulling of my knives even my 10 degree edge knives. They do leave some surface scratches on the boards but they say that is normal and will not hurt the boards. The only drawback is it takes time to deliver. I received one board that had the edge bent but was able to straighten it out. The boards are expensive but considering I don’t worry about food contamination or contestant oiling my wood boards it is worth it for me. And yes magnets don’t stick to them supposedly a test for true titanium. Customer service is superior to most other companies I have dealt with. The reason for 4 stars is because of the bent corner on the board otherwise it would be a 5.
