Great to work with from beginning to end. Definitely would recommend.

The staff are very professional and want to work with the author on every step of the process.

The staff was very helpful. But most of all, it was my satisfaction with the final product.

Everyone knew what they were talking about and we very patient and professional taking me through the process.

Author House personnel was patient in receiving the final version of the manuscript and figures for the book after the packet was purchased. Once the manuscript was submitted, production of the book was accomplished in good time.

Authorhouse do a good job of actually publishing a book for a very expensive price. That is where the good work ends. They misled me regarding marketing and sales. I was informed my package included marketing but I have been continually bombarded with phone calls from people wanting to sell me marketing services as Authorhouse do not provide this. I did pay extra for book fayres. They do nothing to help with reducing high book prices set by them on Amazon. Pricing which is totally unrealistic. They just continually try to get money out of authors. Chose a UK Publishing Company to get better value for money

Authorhouse needs to be much more up front about the editing process. Total miscommunication on what was being done for which portion of my 2 volume project, with editing cost again added in, after supposedly being settled in the beginning.

My experience with Authorhouse was great they kept in communication with me about the process of my book from cover to editing. Everyone has been great to work with. My only thing I could say negative is I wish they told you all the publishing fee and publicity fees all up front. Not contact you in a week about other options. That was the only frustrating thing for me. I did buy a few packages from them. Only one mishap with the back cover, it was resolved and they handled it very well.

This was the first book that I ever had published and AuthorHouse made the whole process easy and smooth.
I would in good conscience recommend AuthorHouse to new and seasoned authors.

The process is pretty much money upfront, sign papers, get upsold, then constantly having to follow up with them, while minimal effort to reach back out is given. Emails go unanswered. The "book cover" they create is from free stock images they can find online,I hired out on fiverr for my book cover design since they couldn't do it because "theres no free images like it". Its been a process. So far this is my experience hopefully once my book is out there itll get better, since im waiting in a queue....

I liked being in contact with someone the entire way. but it was pricey. Raven Tan was great and so was Annie Barret. I had a lot of trouble with the person trying to sell me an editing package. Very pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer I almost had to hang up on her. The very last bit of the process (marketing) was a little confusing. The support team helped me more during that stage than the marketing person (Kean) Too hard to get ahold of. didn’t give me any concrete answers. But i am overall very happy with the way my book came out!

AuthorHouse kept their word. I have now received my 5 free books for BINGHAM GATEWAY TO THE MAINE FOREST. AuthorHouse also published my first book PLEASANT RIDGE-THE WAY LIFE USED TO BE. I have been 100% happy with your company. "Honest as the day is long". I think you published the Pleasant Ridge in 2014 or 2015 and the company has never changed in customer support and help in all these years. The book turned out fine, All the people I delt with were great. The issue is that it is very expensive. My hope is that I get positive results from the marketing program that I purchased. If they do all that they said they would do with reviews and social media sales should come.

Communication was poor at best and remains poor, timeliness was lacking then it became an urgent expectation from me. I still have no feedback or person I can check in with.

Efficiency and prompt response. Willingness to assist.

Very fast responses which made my publications process smooth sailing. Took me less than a week to finalized everything with all the revisions, and was immediately went into printing.
