Online Sales Team (OST) Assistance
I had placed an order as requested by a colleague for a projector and a screen. All was well, however, and isn't there always a however, I was quickly contacted by the OST who informed me they were not compatible. I put my colleague and the OST together and they were able to find a suitable replacement. The order was amended without fuss and as luck would have it, the better alternate was in stock. Just want to say thanks to all concerned for getting us sorted. I would recommend using this company to others.

So far so good!
I was looking for a short throw projector and tried AV Parts Master. After placing my order late one evening, I received a phone call the following day to ensure the projector I had selected was suitable for the purpose I required. I was informed the projector would be with me the following day. True enough it was. The day after delivery I was contacted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Now, of course, you can only really tell how good a company is when they have to support customers when things go wrong. I haven’t needed such support yet. But I’m fairly confident if I did then I’d be in good hands. Would I recommend them? Yes, from my experience so far, a very easy transaction.

I ordered 7 75" TV'S, When I chased, it turned out that the manufacturer was delyaed on producing them. I spoke with our account manager and they got me a better spec unit and delivered with 24 hours!

Excellent pre-sales servioce and honest discussion.
I ordered an item and the team contacted me to ensure it would meet my needs, taking the time to discuss where it would be located, use case and context. They voiced valid concern that it might fall short of expectations and explained this clearly. They were patient, polite and communicated well - in the end we found a straightforward solution which meant the item I requested could work as intended, so it was dispatched same day. At no point did they request a review - I asked how I could provide feedback for the excellent customer service.

I ordered two audio cabling items that needed to work together. One was "a "discontinued" item, but Ellie called me, found exactly what I needed, recommended a substitution (at lower cost), and arranged for it all to be delivered super-quickly, with partial refund. That's tip-top service.
