Always helpful... very supportive and always a pleasure to work with. By far the best banking experience I have had in 14 years. The products are simple but great and fast. Looking forward in growing with them over the years.

One of the best online banking chat experiences I've ever had. The help bot is actually high quality but when my more complicated question was not covered by the FAQs, it did not take long to get to speak directly to a human. The representative (Dylen) was able to help me in less than a total of 5 minutes. Usually I don't leave reviews but I literally asked where the survey link was. Hahaha. Highly recommend Azlo.

I’m a young, first time entrepreneur and Azlo couldn’t have been more open, helpful and patient with my organization. Their support staff are quick to reach back out when there’s an issue, and we seriously are grateful for their resources!

Last Thursday evening I was experiencing great difficulty accessing my Azlo business account. I needed to reset my password and could not get the email necessary to do just that.

I first spoke with a Customer Success person named Raven. She was not only helpful, but delightful to engage. As she asked me a few questions, I inadvertently told her I was using Windows Explorer as my internet platform. She sent an email directly to me so that I could reset the account. She also documented the issue for the technical aspect.

In the meantime I encountered another problem and recalled the Customer Success line. It was after business hours so I left a message on the recording.

In the meantime, me supposedly very secure email kept shutting down. I was not getting a break here at any level.

Expecting a telephone call Friday morning, imagine my surprise when a gentleman named Zane called me! Zane and I discussed my difficulty with signing in. I informed him that I was actually using Microsoft Edge, not Explorer and I had stated to Raven. Zane targeted the culprit and had me switch to Chrome. The point I wish to make here is that Zane stayed with me on the phone (don't worrry boss he was busily typing and working while waiting), until Chrome was downloaded and I could finally access my account, after hours.

This was one of the best customer service type encounters I have had in my seven decades. Raven, Zane and I, in both conversations, exchanged a laugh or two. They went above and beyond!

On Friday morning, I was also received anther follow-up call from a gentlemen who was also kind and efficient. That is a rare combination these days.

Azlo is a great option for entrepreneurs and small businesses owners. I had an odd experience with one of eBay's sellers. I had returned a product I'd purchased and wasn't refunded. Rather than continuing that bizarre, not going anywhere process, I asked for help in disputing the charge. Azlo stepped in assisting with resolution. Got my money back! :)

I recently started a small business and all the details feel overwhelming at times. As I explored banking options, I found Azlo to perfectly fit my needs. I've had three conversations with Azlo folks, on the phone and through chat. Each was extremely helpful and nice. I really appreciate their help and the Azlo banking structure, it's great that some part of a startup can be straightforward =)

Azlo is a great business bank account, they are patient with you if you run into a "mishap" and very responsive & helpful! I recommend this bank to anyone needing a business bank account for their company!

I've been with Azlo for a year and so far have absolutely loved the experience.

I became worried about 10 days ago when my wallet was stolen and thieves ran up significant fraudulent charges on my account. An Azlo claims representative told me that it might take up to 90 days to resolve my issue, which would have been disastrous for my small business cash flow. I shouldn't have been worried; Azlo resolved it within 8 days.

Denied my business account application without giving any specific reasons after entering my personal information into their systems. Their business model is unethical and is far from being socially responsible. Immediately upon receiving the e-mail notice that my account application was denied "for not being a good fit," I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope others will as well. An ethical bank would have absolutely explained why the application was denied.

I love this company. The sign up process took a few tries to verify but that’s how business accounts work . I work for a bank . No one would give me a business account because I had not gotten my llc . But Azlo did . I love the app , no issues with my card , customer service is amazing .... I really don’t have any issues here . Even when I grow I don’t plan on switching to a larger bank ..... Thank you for giving me an opportunity Azlo .

I'm trying to set up my account so I'm froze on one page all my private and business info already loaded and I can't physically talk to anyone or text a human. Can someone please respond help ! Or call me

Got an email out of nowhere saying they are closing my account and won’t even tell me why. They told me that can’t disclose this information about MY account. Horrible, horrible, horrible. This is a financial institution that pulls something like this? WITH NO EXPLANATION. I read these reviews to other people I know that use AZLO and they are thinking about taking their business elsewhere. WHAT AN UNEASY FEELING. I want to be with a bank where I feel comfortable and where they have my back is something goes wrong... not a bank that will just shut you out and close an account. NO WAY. Stay away..... glad this happened so that I can tell others about this!

I was so happy that the account rep was able to help me with a problem I was having connecting another account. What had been a back and forth problem with another financial institution was a very simple solve for Azlo. Aris removed so much stress for me with a simple solution.

They are a joke. That's all I will say about this bank. There are better banks out there. Don't waste your time with this one.

I have two business accounts with Azlo, and they have been not only professional, but extremely caring and attentive. I encourage any business owner to bring their accounts over. They are a great company!
