In spite of a few initial challenges with our flights, our four island private tour (Sao Miguel, Terceira, Faial & Pico) was amazing.
Our hotel accommodations were exactly as described!
Our personal favorite, was Terceira and we would return in a heart beat!

Our sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting us the best deal possible for our trip.
She went above and beyond to accommodate us. My husband and I were travelling with our son and his family.

I own a tour company in New York and wanted to tour the Azores to assess if this destination would offer an amazing experience for my travelers.
The answer is ABSOLUTELY! Eunice planned an excellent itinerary for my 'scouting' trip. I explored three islands and all of the hotels were outstanding. The planned activities, flow of the itinerary and my two guides were excellent. I highly recommend this company. I am now bringing a group of twenty guests to explore the Azores in May.

From the first email exchange inquiring about a possible trip to thd Azores to the final changes, Katarina was amazing. We had an unusual trip planned in that we flew into Sao Miguel and left on a friend's sailboat from Terceira. She was able to make several changes after the initial booking to accomodate us seamlessly. The guides on each island were friendly and knowledgeable. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and in great locations. We have recommended Azores.com to numerous people!!!

Our trip to the Azores was beyond amazing. The hotels chosen were very clean and quaint. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The guides were all very knowledgeable and were happy to answer all our questions and assist us throughout. We took the independent tour, with hotels and cars arranged for us. All worked perfectly and trekking around was a wonderful experience.

I have just returned from my third vacation to the Azores using Azores.com discovering family history. I found Eunice and Catarina to be very professional and willing to do whatever was necessary to create the perfect experience. The hotels were wonderful and the knowledgeable guides were beyond amazing! The tours are private which gives you the opportunity to personalize the adventure. Azores.com gives you the most magical experience at a fair price and I can’t wait to return to these beautiful islands.

I communicated with Eunice for months planning the perfect honeymoon/babymoon to the Azores. We were not disappointed! We had a wonderful, memorable trip with memories we will cherish forever, or until the next one! :) I highly recommend!

I’m writing this review as honestly and objectively as possible. I contacted Portugal Online in hopes of getting assistance with planning our travel itinerary. After submitting my information through their portal, they reached out asking for clarification on the dates. In response, I sent a detailed email outlining our flight schedule along with several ideas for destinations, timing, and the types of activities we enjoy.
Their reply simply stated that it appeared as though we were already working with another agency. This was confusing, as the entire reason I contacted them was to seek assistance with planning the trip. Unfortunately, their email did not include a phone number, so the only option was to continue exchanging emails, which quickly became unproductive and frustrating.
I have traveled extensively around the world and have worked with many travel consultants and agencies over the years. Based on this experience and my limited interaction with Portugal Online, the communication felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. If you have other options available, I would recommend considering them. btw. There is 0 google reviews.

Usually when travelling, we travel independently however this time for our trip to the Azores we decided to employ the services of the lovely Catarina at Azores.com. This was by far the best decision we could have made. Communication at all times was excellent. She was happy to tailor our 10 day Azores trip to our needs. When a flight from Lisbon to Ponta Delgado was cancelled, meaning we missed our flight to Flores plus missed our private Flores day tour, everything was rescheduled so that we missed nothing. Our tours of Flores, Pico, Faial and San Miguel were exceptional. Once again because of rain in Faial, our tour was rescheduled to enable us to have a better experience. Our guides Lourdes in Flores, Nancy in Faial and Andre in San Miguel definitely helped make our holiday in the Azores one of our best holiday experiences. They were all extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and passionate about their islands. Thank you to everyone for your excellent services. We will be spreading the word! Bev and Richard

We had our trip organized by Eunice from the beginning to the end. Everything went perfect: pick ups, hotels, plane tickets between the islands, tour guides etc. Everybody was expecting us in due time and knew what to do. We are most grateful that we could just absorb the beauty of the islands and relax.

Our 2 week vacation to the Azores was Amazing!! We loved everything about our trip. The accommodations, exceptional tour guides, flights & ferries all worked out seamlessly. We obsoletely fell in love with the islands and the culture. I really felt connected to my lineage. It was truly a 10 out of 10 for a vacation. I recommend everyone to take a trip via this company. You won't be disappointed!!

We had an amazing experience in the Azores. We booked the 5 island, self driving package. The planning process was a breeze. Dealing with Azores.com could not have been better. The islands are magical, truly a hidden gem. We went in early April. The weather was a bit challenging but not a deal breaker. The Azaleas were blooming everywhere, but not the famous Hydrangeas (they are everywhere). Those bloom in summer, but we chose to avoid the crowds. Having a rental car on every island was the way to go. All of the rentals and accommodations went seamlessly. The hotels were beautiful, great staff, incredible breakfasts. If we had to do it again, we would avoid Flores, as it's a bit run down (although a beautiful island). We were pretty tired by then with all the flights and changing islands. It would be hard to choose just a few islands. They are all unique and stunning. I think Terceira, Faial and Sao Miguel may be my picks. We had a great two week trip to the Azores visiting several islands by boat or plane. One Island, Corvo, we would have skipped as it was very run-down with little to do, eat, etc. The other islands were unique and beautiful. Most of our guides were very knowledgeable and pleasant, but one of them was way too talkative and did not read our cues well. Our accommodations were very good.

We visited five islands in the Azores and travelled by air between islands. The trip was well designed- the first day on each island was arrival and free time, the second day was touring the island, the third day was free to relax or explore the island further- a nice balance. The tour guides were local and all were very knowledgeable , personable and good drivers. We were unable to book superior hotels due to our late booking but we visited them and I would recommend booking them. Our hotels were fine and well located except for the hotel in Flores which was weak. This islands are beautiful, each one different and charming.
A very enjoyable and relaxing trip.

My daughter and I booked the most wonderful 10-day tour of 4 Azores islands. We had a private tour and our tour guides and drivers were really great and enhanced our stay with recommendations for restaurants and points of interest. The company is very flexible and very responsive and reserved lovely hotels for our stay. We felt safe and comfortable and I honestly don't know how they are able to provide so much for so little! It was a grand experience.
