Package arrived in an extremely safe and strong wooden box, perfectly protected!

J'ai passé commande d'un luminaire pour un montant de 1990,95 euros il y a maintenant plus de deux mois. À ce jour :

Le produit n'a toujours pas été livré.

Le délai de livraison initial est largement dépassé.

Malgré l'envoi de nombreux e-mails, le service après-vente reste totalement muet. Aucune réponse, aucune mise à jour sur le statut de ma commande.

Dépenser une telle somme et se retrouver face à un mur de silence est inacceptable. Je commence sérieusement à douter du sérieux, voire de la fiabilité de ce site.

J'exige un remboursement immédiat ou une réponse concrète avec une preuve d'expédition sous 48h. Sans action de votre part, j'engage dès cette semaine une procédure auprès de ma banque ainsi qu'un signalement aux autorités compétentes.

If I could give 10 stars I would! What an amazing company. They texted me a proof of my wallpaper which looked great, especially since it was for a 23’ wall. They were kind enough to make an edit for me and then shipped it right out! They are quick to respond and super helpful. I will definitely order again and refer to friends.

Received our marios side tables for our baby room and they are soo cute. Love them delivery was fast around 9 days thr only reason it was delayed as we were not home when ups came to deliver and they didnt left a card but babiesdecor support helped as they contacted me same day to inform about this so we collected. Nice people to deal with

Got oir sofa set yesterday. The comfort is amazing its very comfy just like we wanted. A big thanks to you Sasha for listening to me and taking care of the tony details.

I bought a wallpaper for my baby but when i received it it was completely différent from thé picture on the web site. I asked for a refund but they say it is not différent even if i prooved it with pictures … they don’t want to gobe my money back it is a shame.

I would not give this company even one star. I think this company is not only misleading but a complete scam. They don’t care about the customers wish in regards to the fabric and colour. They are full of lies. Do not trust them at all. I ended up with a sofa with poor fabric quality and wrong colour. They say it’s the light that makes the colour look different? Absolute rubbish. I wanted beige and ended up with dark brown. They don’t care and say I should upholster it with my own coat.
SCAM in every way. Avoid !!!!

Great contact. Very responsive. Nice products. However, it should be clearer that the products are imported from outside the EU and therefore Subject to additional custom duties.

My shipment was cancelled, but I received no notification. I requested a refund when I found out and got no reply so far.

Update: They answered they would send the product again. I asked for a refund, and they have not replied after weeks. This is clearly a scam site.

Update 2: I see they replied to this review as if they took care of my case. Make no mistake: I had to file a claim through my bank, and only then they proceeded to make a refund. One month has passed since I made the purchase. They never bothered to take action until now.

Livraison jamais !!!

Livraison : très bien emballé (vu le prix c'est normal) MAIS on a dû payer des frais de douane au livreur, non prévu. Ce qui n'était pas du tout précisé lors de l'achat dans les conditions generales.
Je passe l'arnaque de la double facturation du livreur puis de la société derrière qui nous a de nouveau reclamé les frais de douane car le livreur a du se les mettre dans la poche.

Produit : tres mauvaise qualité comparé au prix exhorbitant payé.
Le rendu visuel fait bas de gamme.
Où est l'effet verre lumineux en transparence? Cest une toile en plastique imprimé. Pas de metal, rien.
Rien à voir avec la photo truquée.

On n'a meme pas essayé de le poser.
Sur le site, cetait grand et fixé au mur sans fil. En réalité, il y a une transformateur, donc il faut une prise électrique. Pas comme une applique murale.

Je suis dégoûtée davoir dépensé autant d'argent pour rien.

Ich habe eine Disney Tapete in Maßanfertigung genommen. Der Designer hat mich super beraten und hatte wirklich Geduld. Er hat es immer wieder geändert bis es genau so war wie ich es wollte. Sie ist wunderschön, hält wunderbar und ist absolut einzigartig. Der Kundenservice ist klasse. Sasha hat sich immer sehr zeitnah gemeldet und alles in die Wege geleitet das es so perfekt wird. Auch nach der Bestellung ist man als Kunde noch wichtig. Ich wurde gleich gefragt ob ich zufrieden bin und ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Jeder Euro war es Wert und auch die Lieferung war sehr zügig. Absolut empfehlenswert. Immer wieder gerne.

Trustworthy people to deal with. Got a floor standing bohemian 180cm tall lamp and a staircase chandelier. The support they provide is much in depth not only i was to my shock shown a testing video after production of both and a close video to show the finishing of the chandeier as it was an 80 heads large chandelier. We are very happy with our order recieved and installed today. Thank you for the remote as it makes it much easier for switching the light between 3 shades. A deaerving site for 5 stars
