I placed an order yesterday (Monday), and in my haste forgot to pay for next day delivery, realising I needed it sooner than it was scheduled to arrive, I emailed the team, who called me back promptly and arranged for me to pay the extra postage and it should now arrive tomorrow. I have been shopping with Babipur for around 6 years, and the service has never been anything short of perfect. Thank you!

Excellent Quality, Service and Eco-Friendly Choice
In January 2026, I bought the only hot water bottle I could find with a 100% cotton cover as a present for my 11-year-old grandchild. She was very pleased with it.
This is a lovely place to find high-quality products, ranging from practical household items to eco-friendly and more natural products, such as organic hand cream with avocado oil!

Wonderful company. Just excellent products, delivery and the best customer service. I’m a new parent and am just starting to build a toy collection so am only a few orders in but I’ve had an item arrive damage with glue sent as fast as possible to fix it. When placing another order I forgot to add my discount code and they refunded the difference. This family does business how everyone should. I have a feeling I will be a customer for the rest of my days.

Fantastic service from start to finis
I had a great experience with Babipur. I purchased some trousers for my little one, but they were slightly too small. The customer service was excellent. Anne, in particular, was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout. She kept me informed at every stage and made the whole process smooth and stress-free while arranging a replacement.

I had a very confusing delivery…
I had a very confusing delivery experience, but it was eventually resolved.
I placed my order at the beginning of February and did not receive any clear delivery updates. The tracking information provided did not work properly, and I was initially told by Babipur that the parcel was at a pickup point and given an address where it should be. However, when I went there, they could not find any parcel under my name or the tracking details.
I contacted GLS directly and was told they could not locate the parcel with the tracking number I had. On top of that, I received several SMS messages that appeared to be from GLS, but there are currently fake GLS scam messages circulating, which made the situation even more confusing.
After doing my own research, I was finally able to find the correct tracking number on the GLS website and contact them again. They then informed me that the parcel had been held because they did not have my phone number or email to notify me, and no note had been left in my mailbox.
The good news is that the parcel is now scheduled for delivery.
Customer service did respond to my emails, which I appreciate. However, I was sent to the wrong pickup address with incorrect tracking information, and I ultimately had to do all the work and investigate the situation myself to locate the parcel. This made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. The lack of accurate tracking information and missing contact details with the courier significantly complicated what should have been a simple delivery.
I would recommend ensuring that the recipient’s phone number and email are always included with international shipments to avoid similar issues in the future.

I bought a bow and arrow from babipur. The traditional wooden bow (for my young son) was excellent but unfortunately seemed to have become warped. I contacted Anne from Babipur who had another sent out within a day along with a new set of arrows also. This one is perfect and I can thoroughly recommend the service and an excellent experience with Babipur.
