Always my go to place! The best customer service ever, super super quick responses. If we ever need anything round the house etc, clothes and toys for my little one's, gifts, I always think of babipur first! Great sales, super fast postage. I love the Facebook group if feels like a lovely little community who are ALWAYS happy to help! Would 1000% recommend as we usually do to friends and relatives!

Had a tiny problem with a parcel that got wet in transit and the customer services team sent out a replacement product immediately. Second order I placed on the 21st of December and it arrived today without paying for fast tracked. Clearly a lovely company that cares about their customers. I've been searching for a little manger for my Willow Tree Christmas nativity set for sooo long. But at last, I found this cute little one which is perfect! It was packaged really well and delivery was super-fast. I cannot praise Babipur quality items and service enough!

Felt compelled to write as I bought some Miri sticks for slide we have and the ones we ordered didn't fit. I happened to write a note in the return and by magic I saw a new parcel notice come through. Babipur had seen my note and immediately diagnosed the issue and sent me another version of the sticks proactively with no fuss and they fit! Great customer service and proactive troubleshooting on my product! Thanks!
