I cannot fault their customer service. I needed some advice, which was given very quickly and was very helpful. I did not feel that they were trying to sell to me, but rather giving recommendations which could assist.

Whole team helpful from beginning to end
The chair was purchased through Access to Work. The team were helpful in delivering the chair when convenient for me. Furthermore, they were so helpful when the Assessor and DWP couldn't get the order correct, Back Care Solutions took the time to resolve the problem. When Derek (I think his name was) delivered and fitted the arms, he was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were amazing from beginning to end.
When I replace my personal home chair, I'll be using this company.

Great service
Had great service from Back Care Solutions with a standing desk ordered through my employer. I felt very comfortable with the person in my home and my desk has worked great for me. Its allowed me to get back to work with less pain.

I've had a great experience with Back Care Solutions so far. Derek who came out to assess my physical mobility issues and my requirements was great. Really friendly, courteous and respectful. He explained everything and gave me practical suggestions to help me. And Zaayna on the telephone was also very helpful. So, so far, so good! I'll add another review once my new furniture has been delivered and set up.

Great Company, Great Chair
The technician who came to discuss my requirements and measure me for the chair was really thorough, and considered some things that I hadn't thought about. He also made some really good suggestions. The turn around for delivery was really quick, and the demonstration of the various features and how to adjust the chair was really thorough. The chair is so comfortable and a definite upgrade!

Great and helpful products
The screen arms are excellent - very sturdy and stable.
The compact keyboard and vertical mouse made a significant difference from the first use. My carpal tunnel symptoms eased during the day, although I still experience some discomfort at night.
The chair works really well for my height (175 cm, with long arms and legs). The horizontal seat adjustment is a great feature. The only downside is that the armrests are quite far apart, which causes some shoulder discomfort after a while.
