I placed my order on the 19th and it arrived on the 29th. Package was discrete and in good shape upon arrival. Straight from the box I could tell the product was high quality and it did not disappoint. Overall a great product and good service. (Highly recommend Janine’s muzzle)

I made two orders during black Friday sale. Only 6 minutes apart. One order shipped and received and other has yet to ship. According to their help section non-toy merchandise items (toys, shirts, misc) will add to shipment times. Which makes it all the more confusing because the first order was one toy and one merchandise item where as the second was 3 toys. These orders where made on 11-20-22. Second order had yet to ship. I dont understand how a 6 minute separation between orders translates to 2+ business days in shipment processing time when all items where in stock inventory items. Their Help system is a headache. Takes 1+ business to respond to an email, then you send reply, then they take another 1+ business day to respond to that reply to an already open help ticket.

I had an issue with my order regarding the wrong item being sent. Usually this is enough to take off a star from my experience, but I know these things can happen. When I contacted customer service, they immediately corrected the situation with a replacement of the correct item, and only a few days later It arrived. A painless experience, as it should be. Thanks especially to Lissa for helping me out!

Love this company! I have bought at least 5 premades already and they arrive within 1-3 days! customer support is also lovely, i had a manufacturing error on the bottle of lube i ordered and they gave me 10 dollars store credit! i love their toys as they are extremely enjoyable and high quality. i highly recommend this company for anyone in the market for fantasy toys :)!!

I am a satisfied customer for the toys they sell. I currently own 9 dildos and while I do understand that the material firmness plays a huge role in the quality of the toys, I still feel fulfilled with using these fantasy toys while they are filling me.

I honestly would rate them 4.5 out of 5 only because yes, the delay for the orders can be a bit of a pain and also the limited time that custom orders are accepted is really annoying, though not enough to rate them 4 out of 5 since those annoyances are not a whole 1 out of 5 less.

I foresee myself being a customer so long as I can still make the toys with customization over mass production.

First and last time I will ever purchase from them. I placed two “flop” items in my cart. I honestly only wanted one but figured since I was already ordering I would get some options from them. I go to check out and it asks me to make an account. I make the account and need a confirmation email. I had to refresh my hold and still didn’t receive the confirmation. They only give you a few minutes to complete these orders so I sent it through as a guest and got the confirmation that I had ordered two items totaling a little over $300. Almost an hour later I finally had the confirmation email so I Confirmed my account. To my shock the order I placed now showed one item (the add on not even the one I wanted) and a billed total of $144! I immediately attempted to use their online chat function, nope it is disabled. I sent two tickets requests in asking what was going on here. Now I’m seeing that they won’t refund or let you cancel orders after 24 hours but the automated email I received said it could be 3 days before they respond. Hopefully this works out but I’m still shocked that they would modify an order without any notice!

I ordered a product from bad dragon. They took my money and I never received the product. When I contacted them, they said that UPS must have lost it and I would have to contact UPS. Needless to say I still have neither my order nor my money. I don’t believe this is a legitimate business and would use caution before sending them money.

This is an excellent company that values its customers time, money, and experience! I purchased a Hazel model masturbator toy that experienced damages after the first use and when I contacted a customer support rep I received an email back the same day requesting images of the damaged area so that they had feedback for future items. After talking with the rep for a couple of days and confirming the damages were out of the standard for the material quality I was given the price I paid for the toy in store credit so that I may order a replacement. I am blown away by the curtsies I was shown and the response time as I was expecting atleast a week before I got even the first reply from some of the other reviews on this website.

I have in my possession 32 bad dragon toys, and 12 merchandise with purchases around 2019-2022. Their quality are by far phenomenal for fantasy based novelties, I've been a huge fan ever since my first purchase and enjoyed owning my own collection for a long while. Every one I own has been in great condition since the day I've gotten them aside from one getting a small tear. And 1/32 in my opinion isn't bad and it was my fault, but they have a product for fixing silicone toys which was very easy to use.

Their customer service was very helpful with tracking my packages and have never lost a single one in transit. They are fast to ship and deliver, every time I've ordered one it's always been about a week if not less for it to arrive to me. unless you do a custom order when they are available which takes around 4 weeks. My only concern to wanting to have your own created fantasy toy is to sign into their newsletter on getting email update where they do announce when their inventory of already made-to-go drops as well as if they are doing any custom orders at a certain time. So be vigilant if you're trying to get your special one that you want.

If I'd have to give them any con it's making more fun options to the toys, and maybe some cool new merchandise items that I'd love to see in the future.

Fantastic quality products that are very pleasing in both feel and ascetics. I had an issue with my order and need some information changed and was helped out very politely and efficiently. Cant wait for my next delivery!

Worst and most embarrassing dildo experience I’ve ever had! I’m only used to 6 inches at most the 12 inch option had me hallucinating, my mum walked in because of how loud I was being! It hurt so bad but felt so right, I ended up having discharge come out so I’ve had to wipe it down and clean it but it’s all good now, I would definitely recommend the toys from here and I would purchase again

I have a large toy collection and own 3 dragon toys. I was over the moon when I got my first one and wanted it to be a yearly tradition. However, after having a nightmare with importing them to the UK (not BD's fault, but FedEx) and new fantasy toy suppliers popping up here, I find them being driven further to the back of my mind.

Pros:
- Name recognition. It seems any fantasy toy is referred to as a Bad Dragon even when it's not.
- Big range of toys. You can also customize the size, colours, firmness and other added features to make it more personal. However, I prefer to buy from the inventory as it's a much faster process. Some of the pre-made toys are already beautiful, anyway.
- Nice site layout. The 3D viewer is very helpful and you can see what your custom toy will look like when you play around with the colours.
- Nice quality toys and are great to use. Lovely to look at, too.
- The fun wrapping paper and logo sticker you get with your orders.
- You can get "flop" toys with slight imperfections for a small discount.

Cons:
- Having to import the goods can be a nightmare (and expensive). More recently, there have been suppliers closer to home though.
- The toys are expensive with deals few and far between. The main deal was of course the Black Friday one with 40% off. The whole inventory drop race could be exciting/stressful.
- With (healthy) competition over the years, they have been given a run for their money. There's plenty of fantasy toy makers nowadays to pick from that are just as good and cheaper. So they aren't always the top pick for me now.
- Most of their emails are to do with colours which I'm not too bothered about.

During their restocks the items have 5 minutes in your cart until they expire. This includes after you've clicked to check-out. So imagine my surprise when I get a receipt showing an order of lube and $12.50. Then I have to go back onto the website to buy the sex toy and pay an additional $12.50 again for shipping. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me without refunding both items, which I worry would put the sex toy back up on their available list and risk it getting taken.

Incredibly inconsistent depending on which sort of toy you purchase. I can understand the long wait times and prices given the nature of custom made products but their actual quality leaves a lot to be desired. While their dildos are firm and generally hit the mark their penetrables are absolutely dismal. They more or less use the same type of silicone as they do for their dildos which makes for an incredibly abrasive and uncomfortable experience, no matter how much lubricant is applied (which, by the way, is viscous to an obnoxious degree and will usually cause a lot of unwanted mess.) Don't be drawn in by the allure of owning an exotic toy: literally any other mainstream fleshlight will feel a thousand times better and won't cost you an arm and a leg.

So this WAS a wonderful business that I patronized at least once a year for many years. Then the pandemic hit so they changed things up for the safety of their employees.... and never went back. What's the big change you might ask? Well, before, you could order your own custom toy whenever you liked but then there was a wait period of several months because they got backlogged from so many orders. That led to a lot of negative reviews because people were always complaining about how long it took for their order to be made then shipped. Now, they've solved that problem by not allowing you to even order a toy. Literally since March 2020 if you go to their website you are greeted with a wonderful drop down message that states: "Our queue for custom toys is now full. Thank you for your orders! If you're still interested in purchasing our toys, check out what we have in stock by clicking on this banner."

Since spring of last year ANY TIME I go to bad-dragon.com that's the message I get. And since about Jan of this year, they're always almost out of any "inventory", which is just toys that someone else ordered and changed their minds or toys that have something wrong with them, aka a "flop". So their old business model was take orders whenever they come in and suffer bad reviews for taking so long to fulfill and ship said orders. They solved the issue of people complaining about long order wait times by simply just not letting people order lol. Now you have to be in some sort of elite, privileged group of people who know exactly when they plan on opening for orders. Once they do, they fill the next 4 months worth of orders in a few moments then shut down the ordering portion of their site again. The average consumer has no way of knowing if or when they might be allowed to patronize this business. Who would have thought that you'd need to know someone on the inside just to even order a fake dragon dick?

TL:DR They've solved their issue of taking forever to fill orders by limiting when people can order and then still taking forever to fill orders.
