I have ordered my toy around 2 months ago and I still have yet to receive a single update.

I have contacted customer support and I keep getting the same response every single time. "We're in high demand, we're trying our best to make your toy as quickly as possible."

"Well can I get an update on where it's at in line? Or something like that."

"I'm sorry but there's no way we can just track your order."

Just saying you are busy is not an excuse for service being this ignorant and slow. I have never, EVER, seen such poor communication between the customer and the product/support team. Find a way to track someone's toy that they purchased, not for a cheap price may I add. If you're seriously having so much trouble that you can't keep up with orders. You know what you do? You hire more employees. If you can't afford to hire more employees, hire seasonal employees. It's not that difficult, this is basic business management.

Also change the estimated delivery date. It is just a flat out lie, there's no beating around the bush. Most customers do not receive their product until 4 months after they made the purchase. It is simply not true that someone will get their toy within 4-6 weeks.

I guess I did not know what to expect, but I expected a lot more from a website that makes one toy for 95$. The price and the service does not match. I am not entirely sure of the quality of the product, because I am still waiting for it 2 months after purchase.

To summarize this company is completely mismanaged and you should not buy from them. Not because their products are terrible but because the service is the worst that I have seen.

I ordered my Tucker December 9th. It is now March 3rd and just yesterday it is finally on the way. I waited 3 months to complain and contact them, to which they told me similar to what other customers have stated. "Handcrafted, longer to make, etc. When I did finally contact them, they said it was because the color of my choosing didn't pass inspection. Honestly, the pic that they sent of my product looked fine so I'm not sure what the inconsistency was yet. They did refund me me the 15 dollars for the specialty color, but at this point I feel like it was a coverup for their own mismanagement of making orders. Tell me why it shipped a week after I contacted them. And why they didn't contact me first if there was a problem with my order. I understand they fill a niche of fetish, but their business practice is not on par. They shouldn't promise a 6-8 week delivery on custom products when the wait, on average, is double that. I came to them on the recommendation of a friend, but I will not be giving them my business in the future.

4 months for an order to process. Ridiculously long wait time and unhelpful customer service staff. I get that there was a holiday, but for a business as busy and profitable, HIRE NEW STAFF TO HELP MAKE ORDERS. There is no reason to take as many months as it took.

Just over 6 weeks from placing the order to it being shipped. From my short time with the product, it looks great with attention to detail and craftsmanship. They build to order. I accept it for what it is.

Worst customer service. I have been waiting 2 months and this is the response I got from them.

There are many customers waiting similar timelines and we are doing what we can to get each addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

I am sorry for any disappointment with your wait, but this is why our timeline is listed as an average and not a guarantee. Our toys are all handmade, which means we do not use robots or machines, and we have a high standard of quality that can impact the time taken on each order. We can not guarantee that every order will be complete within the desired time frame, but we strive to do so each and every time

They act like it's not their fault, plus come on. You took my money months ago and I still have no product. This is the worst service I have ever seen. Don't buy from them.

I have been a customer for a few years now and had no complaints about the company. Recently I had to use their customer service for the first time and had a poor enough experience to convince me to no longer be a customer. I needed a simple change of address for two orders. The first address was not changed at all, and the second address was botched. Ultimately, it wasn't the mistake, but how the mistake was addressed that led to them losing me as a customer.

When the first package shipped and I pointed out the error, the representative insisted that I did not ask for the address to be changed for that order and closed my ticket instead of correcting the issue. I managed to retrieve the first package and opened a second ticket when the second order shipped revealing the botched address. I requested a new representative. The new representative attempted to defend the first, asked why the first package was marked as delivered if the address was wrong as I claimed, and asked why I did not open a ticket about it, which I clearly had. I asked her to please focus on the issue because the miscommunication/accusation was stressful. I had to insist that she contact the carrier to have the address changed.

The issue was handled but not without much stress and throughout the entire process, the company avoided admitting that they made a mistake while subtly blaming me for the mishandling.

First time ordering, made the mistake of not reading the reviews here before ordering. Had to wait 3 months for my order to come in. In this time I contacted customer service thrice. First they told me it was busy. Then they told me the wait time was going to be 5 to 8 weeks. Last time they couldn't even tell me what was up with my order or how long it was going to take. So, all and all, the customer service is horendous.

But, the quality of the product is amazing. The material is smooth and has an amazing vivid colour. It's easy to clean and ensures tons of fun for a long time.

However, if you are impatient like myself I suggest snooping through the clearance/sales section first. Those products are already made and they ensure same day shipping.

Have been a customer for over 4 years. Recently though their orders have not been shipping in their projected timeframe. When I ordered my product, nearly 3 months ago it said to expect 4-6 weeks.

Needless to say I have emailed them and their responses have not inspired confidence in their company. Makes me wonder if they are actually even shipping, or just taking customers money without any products shipped. Buyer beware.

Been waiting for 2 months. Sent an email for an update and was told it could take up to 4-5 weeks. I'm starting to think they don't know the difference between a week and a month.

My wife is creating fetish adult content. Her birthday is in January and I ordered 3 bad dragon dildos to surprise her. It's now February 11 and I haven't gotten the dildos. I asked about the waiting time and got the "oh we are working on it they will be shipped by January 24" response TWICE.
Very unprofessional and disappointing, I won't recommend them.

OK, first I want to say that I do NOT work for Bad Dragon, but rather am a recent first time customer. While as anxious and frustrated as I became waiting 12 weeks for my order to be shipped, the wait was totally worth it. Money well spent in my opinion. They may advertise 4-5 weeks for delivery, but I now know to check websites like these when ordering from a business I have no experience with first. I agree with many reviews that a heads up on the actual, extended delivery time frame would've been appreciated and that's the only reason they didn't get a 5 star review from me instead. Will be ordering from them again, hands down. I just now know it might be a while before the order gets shipped but that's completely fine with me.

Been 4 weeks now since ordering from BD. Sent an email asking for an update, the responce i got was "we're sorry for the delay, your toy didn't pass quality inspection so we had to start over." Is this normal? Are we going to have to wait another month or 2? Ridiculous! We won't be purchasing from BD again

Update...it's now been 2 months. Still nothing. No updates on my order or any info

Wait time is a little long (2 months for me) but the toy and quality is amazing! If your willing to wait you wont be disappointed!!

Years ago when they were "smaller" and didn't go mainstream, they were very good toy makers, with good products. I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of toys and other stuff from them.

Now in recent years, they have become a bad company with high prices, long wait on shipping, and faulty/lesser quality products.

They can't stand competition (up to the point they harass/silence them) and are known for stealing or copying designs from people without giving them compensation or credit.

They've become too big for their own good and money is their only goal now...

Also some of these 5 star ratings look like they're done by BD to manipulate the score (same-ish layout/way of wording)?

Like many of the other customers here, the wait is excruciatingly long.

I ordered on the beginning of november, thinking the wife and I could be enjoying our toys by christmas. When this time came and went, I grew increasingly worried the toy would ever be delivered. After finding this site and reading the reviews, I figured I'm not the only one, and waiting times are at least 3 months instead of 5 weeks.

I did contact customer service twice, but found out this is simply a waste of time. The replies are nonsensical and bereft of any meaning.

It is now the 7th of February and have just now received my toy.

I'm afraid I don't feel comfortable purchasing any more from this company. I've got the feeling that this company will go belly up rather sooner than later if they keep up doing business in this manner. I'm not gambling my money on that.

After ordering our products early December, and being promised that it would only take 4-5 weeks for a product to ship. We're appalled that almost two months later, the company still isn't taking accountability, or offering any real solutions to the problem.

I, personally, have been a customer of Bad-Dragon since their early days, and have enjoyed the toys I've received from them.
However, in recent years their service and shipping has deteriorated, and now this company is just a shell of its former self.

As a business owner myself, I find this appalling, each time a support ticket was opened in response to an email, they closed it before resolving it and the responses gained from "Kitty" could have basically been "It's your fault for ordering through us"

There is no quality of product, or service they offer, that can make up for their complete lack of respect and regard for their customers.
The only way to teach a company like this how to behave is to not order from them.
Currently looking into legal action regarding their practices, as across the board, it seems they're scamming and misleading customers.

DO NOT spend your money here, DO NOT accept this kind of business practice in 2020.
Bad-Dragon needs to be shut down. Completely.

IF you really want to buy a toy and you want to have your very own customize dildo with it very own cream-tube. The Website said that Estimated Wait Times is about 4-5 weeks when you order your dildo. However this reference only reflect on the clearance item if you order from their clearance online. If you want to have your very own dildo with a customize cream-tube and your very own custom made color patterns, Then the chances are that you will be waiting for about 3 and half mouth just for your dildo to be delivered. That how long i waited for and yes it does feel long time of a wait for you to get your very own toy but to think about it and despite i order it before that holidays i knew when my toy was going be delivered and after reading alot of when do custom made dildo arrived. I knew that my dildo will arrived in 3 half mouths for it to come. If you are concern of your order and want an up date of it, fill free to send them and email/ a ticket and they will find out of progress it. i was happy that they send me a email when i submit a ticket and the ticket made me happy to not lost hope. So for my experience as a first time buyer yes the wait is long and dreadful. But if you send them a ticket and look and find out progress of it WILL COME just be patient and dont lose hope.

3 months of waiting and still no order received. This company is unable to process orders on time. Customer service explains that they are overloaded with requests, but this has been the same answer for several years. This company has not been able to adapt its business to the demand. Go ahead and take advantage of other manufacturers who have been able to adapt to the customer.
This is no longer acceptable in 2020.

I've been a loyal customer for around 2 years now. When I first started buying from them the wait times were annoying but absolutely worthwhile.
The toys are the best on the market in my opinion, but I feel the 4-5 processing period is no longer accurate.
I don't appreciate waiting 2+ months after I gave them around $340. I'm becoming very worried that I'll be waiting over 3 months like some other customers here.
