Purchase from company for next day delivery as tiler is doing the floor. Took payment via the website and then send an email the next day at after 1pm cancelling order. this has left me little to know time to get a replacement and work has now stopped... in Future, call rather than email and let it be first thing in the morning, not in the afternoon.

We needed a replacement tap handle but were struggling to find a replacment. The tap was purchased 6 years ago from a different supplier. These guys were great and helped check the dimentions and fittings over whatsapp so that the replacment fitted when it arrived. They even checked in once the handle had been delivered that they had fitted the tap. Thanks for all the help and great customer service in the often dehumanised world of online shopping!

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to upgrade their Bathroom we purchased the complete shower and Accessories the quality was exceptional.

Business owners were fantastic. We arrived after they had closed, but they still accommodated us and advised us on what we required, and sold us the items for a lot less than we had budgeted for. Very pleasant couple. Will always use in future.

What an absolute legend the owner of B&S is. I always use selco and didn't know he was right next door, I needed some bath legs, just the threaded parts, I didn't know that nowhere did these separately over the counter, I was able to fit a bath that day after a nightmare situation beforehand. He went above and beyond and saved the day. He also followed up with me to see if they were the correct size and that everything went well. Thank you!

Wow! I got their contact number online because of my shower.My plumber said the make of my shower is out of stock which i confirmed myself.I was so worried because the shower was leaking even to our living room.When I rang someone picked and sorted a similar shower out and the plumber too confirmed it will fit.I really appreciate their kind gesture to be honest. Its all sorted now.I highly recommend baker and soars and the delivery was so quick.My review is very genuine am 57

Competent, efficient & professional. Listened, made sense of my description of the problem (handle snapped off flushing mechanism for toilet), asked pertinent questions, and provided what was needed to put things right. Swiftly sorted and reasonably priced.

Just received my ceavit toilet seat and cover. I'm so happy. Didn't think I'd be able to find one seeing as how the toilets came directly from Turkey. Baker and Soars had one! It took a couple of weeks to get here to Ireland but they kept in touch with me and kept me informed of its whereabouts. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Baker and Soars for all your plumbing needs

Spoke to a member of staff they asked for photos to assess the model of tap . Once they had received these they keep me informed on progress. Asking for more information when needed . They managed to locate the part informed me of the price . Part turned up the next day . Excellent service

took most of it back, was recommended I went to Baker and Soars, Zara was extremely polite probably realising My stress, a few mins of explaining what I needed to do, the gentleman behind the counter not only had the exact solution, he showed me how to fix it all. cost less than toolstation, and made my job simple
