Arrived in good time but when trying to install discovered a washer missing, it was suggested that I buy one from local hardware store. This I did and all sorted except for dribbling from the shower connection, replaced washer in shower hose but still happening, will contact Balterley for further advice.

Damaged, poor protection in box, wrong doors, poor quality. Not worth the money and I am waiting for them to be returned. notified Balterley the same day (3 days ago) and collection still not sorted.

Service was prompt, unfortunately there was a scratch on the edge of the sink . I couldn't replace it because I had the fitter there and it had to go in

Yes everything fine with the shower tray and waste.
However the delivery drivers would not carry the shower tray up the stairs into the flat ? Claiming they were not insured .

Speed of delivery was was A++. I ordered the item later afternoon and the item was delivered early morning the following day. The customer service was also excellent I made an incorrect order and reached out to the company and they fulfilled the correct order without any fuss. I even received the replacement order delivery free.
I recommend Balterley to anyone who is looking to purchase bathroom and kitchen supplies.

Ordered a bath of this website only for it to come with no bath legs , which is a first for me , I emailed over thinking they must have not been sent but to my surprise they told me it doesn’t have legs and they don’t sell them and when I asked what legs will fit they couldn’t give me a answer after this I obviously wanted to send the bath back as it can’t be fitted without legs was told I would get a collection notice when someone would be coming to collect and that I was going to be told a time on Monday evening only to arrive back from work on Monday evening to have a note saying they has tried to collect today and that I needed to reschedule a pick up which then I emailed back again to no reply and again to no reply terrible customer services no interested in the slightest would not recommend

I bought a double sink advertised as coming with wastes, when they sent only one waste I felt sure this must have been a mistake - but now they really do sell double sinks with only one waste then try to charge you for a second one. This is really appreciated when you’re trying to fit a new kitchen. Customer service was terrible.

I ordered and received a wudu sink from BALTERLEY online that was advertised and sold as including all fixtures and fittings necessary for installation. However, when my builder opened the packaging at the time of installation, it became apparent that an essential connecting component was missing.
I contacted your customer service department by email to report the issue.
I was then asked to provide photographic evidence of the missing part so they could investigate, which I promptly supplied.
Despite complying with this request, I received no further response and was required to send a follow-up email before any reply was provided. The eventual response consisted solely of an apology and a statement that my feedback would be passed to the manufacturer, without addressing the substantive issue or offering any meaningful resolution.
I consider this level of customer service to be wholly unsatisfactory. The product supplied was incomplete and therefore not as described, and the handling of my complaint has fallen well below the standard I would reasonably expect from a retailer. In light of the above, I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the manner in which this matter has been dealt with, and I intend to escalate this complaint further.
Also just to mention there is no telephone number to contact them for queries, you have to email them and wait if your lucky enough to get a response from them.

The website was very easy to navigate, so ordering was easy. Very competitive pricing, and a wide range of products to choose from. I had to email the company about my delivery: I got a very pleasant, prompt reply, and they were very understanding and helpful. My order arrived a few days earlier than stated, so that was great. The delivery guy was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from Balterley again! Thank you to everyone in their team. A great service.
