The gentleman was so polite and very friendly ,I got a mattress dropped off and old one removed. All done in the matter of seconds. Excellent , nice to see the drivers happy and not so miserable

First of all no one is picking the phones and to get through is almost impossible. The quality of the ordered carpets is actually quite good and I would rate the experience much higher if not for the carpet fitters. They came on agreed day but instead of doing the job, they just did the initial cuts and disappeared saying they will come back later. Finally after multiple phone calls they showed up two days later only to do half of the job and disappear again saying they will come back over the weekend. Guess what? They did not. Different fitters finally show up on Monday and finally finish the job. I am not an expert, so maybe I am wrong but it doesn't seem to me you need three visits to do three rooms and the stairs.

Hi, i received a vinyl adhesive roll for my cupboard and it was the wrong design.
I went back onto the website and located the design l and sent a e-mail to return the purchased one for an exchange to the new one. Note as I explained to the company I hadn't opened it , I could see the design was wrong through the packaging. To my shock the lady stated they would not exchange but I could get 25% off my next purchase. Are you kidding, if you look on their website, free returns or money back guarantee. Beware, this company just won't exchange, they will try the 25 % off next purchase.

Quality of the item purchased was better than expected. Telephoned on receipt of order to advise delivery date and contacted day before to give timeline on delivery. All in all a hassle free experience..thank you

Both myself and my wife went to Bargain town in Glasnevin ind est this morning, on entering the store we went to the carpet section as we were looking for carpet for the stairs and landing, after about 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone, a lady tall blondish hair with a foreign speaking voice approached and asked if she could help, I proceeded to tell her what we where looking for, the first words out of her mouth were that will be very expensive, I immediately replied that's fine we'll go somewhere else, as I felt we where being judged as to what we could or couldn't afford, to that lady we went to Des Kelly on Crossguns bridge Phibsborough were we met Noel a lovely professional and customer focused man who helped us no end and we where happy to spend €1646.00, your loss BARGAINTOWN, perhaps train your staff how to treat customers.
Bargaintown, While I appreciate you replying to my review, I find it disingenuous to be honest, I work with the public daily, I somehow think if you replied with a sincere honest reply, people may believe you instead of you trying to put it down to a misunderstanding which it certainly wasn't,perhaps the Monday morning blues, best be honest Bargaintown people aren't stupid.

My first shipment went ok , my second shipment was delivered but colour was incorrect, I sent Bargain town messages (3) and a email .. nil response nothing……all I wanted was to exchange the roll and possibly order more, but after being ignored, I am reluctant to spend anymore money with this site, they advertise 24/7 customer service…… yet to see it…

ordered on line,arrived on time and fitters who assembled table were very quick and tidy.
