WallpaperbenchtopI paid $150 for wallpaper, and it was a tremendous disappointment because of the extended wait and insufficient shipping methods, no customer service support. The product was of poor quality, and the wallpaper was a complete replica of the original. Tye Walpaper was like a sheet of bondpaper or less .When we attempted to deal with the merchant, they refused to accept Nsw fair and trading reasons, which is considered a fraud in the retail business. Give yourself a favor Dont buy anything at bargaintown products

Was in doubt when l purchased my chairs as it was first time dealing with Bargaintown but l must say lam very delighted with my order beautiful.

Received my order of a sofa. The delivery was very fast and the drivers were both very friendly.

Rang me the next day to arrange delivery for a few days later. Delivery men where nice a professional. Couch was easy to put together.

Got a call minutes after ordering to say they were delivering in that area the next day. Great Service.

I’ve used Bargaintown for a number of times over the years. But I’m never going back again! The manager in Henrick street was extremely rude. He did not speak to me about Lino I was enquiring about. He stormed off and left me waiting without saying a word. It was not the first time experiencing aggression from him. Initially I thought he was having a bad day. But received the same attitude few days later when I visited again. I had to go the Glasnevin shop to get a better service. I’ve waited for an installation since morning, no call or any communication from the Hendrick branch who organises installations. Very poor service! Very disappointing behaviour!

Today, I purchased a mattress online from Bargaintown, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The website's layout was exceptional, providing a seamless user experience. We went to coolock branch and John was amazing! Scheduled us with the earliest service sent us a very skilled guy he was so fine with his work i have no words to explain. The work got done on time. Their varnished oak is stunning! Their price is fair
Only bad is they don't do wood or laminate on stairs. We had such a rough experience with other outlet with our stairs that we were sad bargaintown couldn't do wood on stairs

Ordered a double bed. Mattress snd frame. It was delivered in less than 24 hours. Fantastic service. Great solid bed too.

Slight chip out of my wardrobe but other than that the delivery lads were sound and brought the wardrobes upstairs for me.

Guy there today, myron I think name was he had long hair, he was brilliant, a credit to the store so helpful, knew his products, know the sizing , pricing etc.

Just had a double divan,headboard and mattress delivered today. Absolutely no directions of how to put the bedbase,U clip/headboard together. I was afraid I'd do something wrong and would void any returns so I rang the customer service number and was told to google a YouTube video to help me.The feet for the base are very flimsy, also the headboard delivered was not the style we ordered online. Would not recommend.

Order arrived in perfect condition, delivered straight to the right rooms. Old furniture was removed quickly (paid for as per order). The two delivery guys were excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent product and price great communication regarding delivery too with updates would highly recommend.
