Took a week to send the items. Missed the window i was ordering for. Tried to contact them for days. Brought this to the sellers attention, they didn't even expedite shipping. If they had over nighted it when they finally responded I would have had them in time.

Sent the wrong item
When we purchased a ukulele, we waited over 2 weeks and when it finally arrived we discovered we were sent the wrong item. Had to return the item and wait almost another week for the correct item to arrive. When it arrived, the colour is not as advertised. Website shows a bright yellow (which is what we wanted) and unfortunately the product is an orangey yellow. Would not buy again from here.
I ordered a guitar online
I ordered a guitar online, I received no invoice, no shipping details, no information what so ever from the store. I was convinced I had been scammed, every time I tried to call the store no answer.
I surpassingly received the guitar, upon opening the box it had a huge hole in the guitar.
I called the shop again to finally get an answer to what can only be described as the enthusiasm of comic book guy from the Simpsons.
The attitude of "Well I didn't ship it like that" started and now had a tone of how my future customer experience would continue.
The apathy, lack of empathy and understanding of my experience left me feeling extremely uneasy. I had paid my hard earned money to purchase and generally have felt looked down on by the employee of this store.
As I have worked in online retail for a while I know these things happen and was willing to see if it can be resolved. It took 4 days of back and fourth before I was even given a return label. It took another 4 days to be told I now have to travel 50 KM round trip to post the parcel back to them.
They have not advised if I will be getting a replacement/repair or refund. I still have not been invoiced for the money they have received.
We are 14 days later, I am deflated from this really un personal experience dealing with this company.
My biggest mistake was buying online, in future I will go to one of my local shops and deal with people who treat me as a human and actually appreciate the passion we share.

Quality products good service
Quality products, good service good pricing. Communication was good and the team was responsive as the item purchased was on back order. Unfortunately the product took alot longer than initially estimated but was a manufacturer and not a retail issue. I would use again.
A. Long Wait…
Well I had to wait 7 months for the item to arrive. I was promised 3 separate timings which did not occur. When it became available I thought I might have been given a phone call of it being finally available. I was out of the country when two days later I was advised by Austpost , it was on its way. Then I had to arrange a friend to assist. I have since returned home and as yet have not opened the parcel. In the next day or so I anticipate being able to install it.
What is great service?
I ordered an item from Bach's Music a while ago but it was unavailable. Instead of giving up, Bach's continued to source the part. I was surprised when one of the staff rang to tell me that they had found the part and it was on the way. I have now fitted the part to my P A board. Thank you Bach's.
