Great customer service
My bathroom was installed by Bathroom City some months ago, and the concealed shower valve started to turn freely. I sent photos and details to Kelly, who quickly arranged a replacement valve from the manufacturer. Very grateful for the speedy and helpful service.

Good customer service
They have a great range of bathroom suites and sales staff were very helpful when choosing. Part of our shower enclosure arrived without fixings and the bath filler was scratched but Kelly in their customer service department sorted it really quickly. Would use again.

I was very happy with the delivery time…
I was very happy with the delivery time , just a couple of days from ordering and the bath itself was good too , but i was not happy with having no help to bring it inside , I asked the delivery man if he could just push it into my hallway, and he said he couldn't , so was left on a palette on my doorstep , which is where i had to unpack it , and then drag the bath in myself , I am quite strong for a 67 year old woman , but this was just as well , Also was left with a palette that cluttered up the garden and had to have that taken away by a friendly neighbour or it would have stayed in the garden forever .

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with both the delivery time and the quality of the bath itself.
However, we’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the delivery. All our deliveries are kerbside only We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have the bath left on a pallet at your doorstep, especially when you had asked for help moving it just inside your hallway. While our standard deliveries are kerbside only, we appreciate that this was not made clear enough and we will look in to this
