The lovley lad who came out to measure my carpets and help me pick right carpet for my stairs was amazing couldn't fault him. I ended up getting faster delievery as wnated new carpet in ASAP which was great. Then on day fitter let me know he was on way carpet looks great. Only issue I did have was fact that fitters left underlay on my childs bed and had stuck some carpet in my bin outside which wasn't the right bin put in thankfully I checked or my bins wouldn't got took away and they left the rest of my carpet I had paid for on top my bin and hadn't even told me just went. My neighbour was one who let me know the remaining carpet was on my bin. So was not very pleased as this is something I paid for and was left on my bin in street anyone could took it and fitters hadn't told me

Customer service could be better, attitudes of some of them is poor also our flooring turned up and had been measured wrong which apparently is a common thing, we had to wait even longer for our carpet to be fit which wasnt ideal, quality of carpet is good

First time using smart carpets. I had my hallway and living room done can't fault them, fitters was great, absolutely love my carpet and laminate flooring good customer service couldn't of asked for better thankyou very much definitely recommend this company 🙂

The process of measuring, paying deposit and organising fitting day was very striaght forward. I am however, extremely disappointed with the mess left by fitters, my dog has sustained and injury to his paw from a carpet staple. There were many nails left on existing carpets, which I presume were from existing carpet strips. Existing carpet grippers were just left in the garden. Thankfully I noticed these before my dog stepped onto. The amount of waste was completely unacceptable, unjustified and unnecessary and a complete waste of money.
All.of this has taken away the anticipated homely vibes and have left me extremely disappointed

Had my carpet fit yesterday! Absolutely over the moon with it! Very quick service from start to end, carpet fitters arrived, very polite and good working! Fit my carpet brilliant! Lovely thick excellent carpet and great price too! Will definitely be back for more! Thank you so much!

The rep ordered the wrong colour vinyl and carpet. I complained to the carpet fitter that proceeded to verbally abuse me. When i spoke to the manager he offered my £180 off my order. I did not want theses colours and that isnt any sort of compensation. I declined and told them feel free to come and pull it all
Up as i will have to replace it all.

Had our 2nd lot of flooring fitted today. Amazing company. Highly professional from the first home visit to installation day. Plenty of sample options available when they come for the home visit. Always happy to answer any questions when calling customer services. Really like the different payment options they have and the options for payment date which really helps as im paid 4 weekly from work. Will definitely be returning again.
