I have used these guys for my living/dinning area. And my son's room. Once the the floor in my sons room had been paid off. I will be using them again for my bedroom. Cannot fault them, they made the process so easy. And the communication from them from arranging appointments to when they came to lay the floors was great.

I had mixed views on using this sort of company as I had been ripped off £135 before by a pay weekly company. I Paid Cash £135 as a deposit to the Sales Rep for carpet only to find out 4 weeks when I called to ask about my fitting date that my carpet would not be fitted until
I had paid another £620. I cancelled with them but got NO REFUND.
I contacted Pay Smart and was told by the agent that Pay Smart would send a Sales Rep to give a quote. I was cautious about paying a Cash Deposit and I also explained that I didn’t have the money to pay any deposit till the end of the month. I was told this was not a problem. I agreed for a home visit from a the Sales Agent the next day.
The Sales Agent Mark contacted me that evening. The Agent who I booked with told me that I could have a 10am Home Visit. When Mark called to confirm his visit he explained to me that he lived in Durham and it would be early afternoon that he would be in the Teeside Area.
I had wanted an early visit but I re arranged my work shift.
Mark called as agreed about 20 minutes before he arrived. He straight away put me at ease with his friendly manor.
I had no intention at all to agree to purchase carpets on the day. I had already been given a price by a local carpet company and I had another company coming the next day.
After Mark took the time to measure the bedroom, stairs and landing. He showed me all different samples and explained the types of underlay. Mark then gave me the price.
I had no intention of agreeing to a sale like I had previously, I also explained to Mark that I didn’t have the money to pay a deposit until the end of the month.
The price was a lot cheaper than the other company.
After chatting with Mark the Sales Rep he explained the credit limit for Pay Weekly and Snap Finance. He also explained what I needed to pay to get the carpets fitted if I wanted Pay Weekly. I failed the credit check for Snap.
Mark explained to me that if I went ahead with my staircase and landing and waited to carpet my bedroom, I could pay my deposit and get the carpet fitted in the next few weeks and use the Pay Weekly Scheme.
There was an additional to pay for fitting.
I agreed to contact Mark once I had the money for the deposit in a few weeks.
I am a single mother, I have 4 children and I am on benefits.
It was the next day that I contacted Mark the Rep as my parents offered me the money to pay the deposit for the carpets. Mark the rep to the time to come and visit me that weekend from Durham and my stair and landing carpet were fitted 2 weeks later.
He has since been back a few months later and my bedroom carpet is due to be fitted in the next few weeks. I have also recommended friends and family to Pay Smart due to Mark and his professionalism and honest approach.
The quality and service I have had personally from the fitters and Mark has been brilliant. After Xmas once I have paid more off my Pay Weekly Balance I will look forward to contacting Mark for Laminate for my living room.

From choosing the carpet with a lovely young gentleman, very respectful and helpful, to the fitter who fitted the carpet also friendly hard working and respectful, the carpet is high quality and was fitted with no problems 100% would recommend, will use again in the future 😊

I was very sceptical about the legitimacy of the company, however after being quoted an extortionate amount and being told my floors needed screeding etc by a local company I decided to give Pay Smart Carpets a call. I have been thoroughly blown away! From the friendly and informative sales man Mark, who called the day before my appointment and 20 minutes before arriving, then had a good chat and reassured me completely about the whole process, to the fitter who I assumed would take all day (it was my entire ground floor having vinyl flooring laid) who arrived just before 11am and was finished by about 12:15. Insanely talented guy and also super friendly!

I had the measure up appointment 22nd September and had to wait a couple of weeks for the vinyl I chose to be restocked and then had it all fitted 13th October. I didn’t personally use the finance option because I had money set aside but in the near future I will definitely be using this company again and trying out the payment plan!

Guy came out measured up gave me a choice of carpet very friendly and helpful carpet fitters done a good job and is great that u can pay up if u r on a low budget staff on phon r realy helpful my second time buying carpets r good quality going to get lino for kitchen next time thank u all for good service

Professional service from booking to fitting. James and Harry were fantastic fitters. They done a great job on the fitting and tidied up well on completion. I will definitely be using Pay Smart Carpets again!
