Lovely products and excellent service
Looking for a replacement shower tray and door for an en-suite bathroom we happened across the Bathroom Showroom at Weybridge and the wonderful Rebecca. We quickly identified the shower door (IFLO Kilfane) but wanted an anti slip tray. Rebecca suggested a number of options and we eventually decided on a Mira. Rebecca took the time to provide us with the door fitting instructions in advance of the purchases to make sure they were compatible. Our bathroom fitter was very complimentary about the quality of the shower door and couldn’t believe it when we told him what we had paid for it. Even before the sale discount he reckoned it was exceptional value. Rebecca was able to delay delivery of the items to save them hanging around in the house too long.

5 star bathroom ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am pleased to write this review as we are so happy with our purchases and completed look. We had a 5 star hotel vision which is exactly what we got! Sian from City Plumbing Kingstanding branch along with our bathroom fitter helped achieve what we wanted from aqua boards to the 2 shower heads and no tap bath making this the minimal look we were wanting. Sian went above and beyond with everything we ordered including the flooring which wasn’t easy to find! Our underfloor heating and specific towel rail have added that extra wow factor all within our budget. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely use again :)

I've just ordered the last items I needed for my bathroom and Emma in the Crewe showroom has been super helpful. Already a much better experience than the other bathroom store I bought items from. Exceptional service from start to finish!
Having never had a bathroom installed before, I was naturally cautious and had a lot of questions to ask about this process. Stephan Ritchie, the Brighton Sales Manager, listened carefully to my ideas and completely allayed any fears. With a wealth of experience, from start to finish, he proved to be an expert guide, and spent many hours helping me to turn my dreams into reality. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always constructive and patient, booking appointments to suit my busy schedule and responding promptly to my emails. The bathroom products were of high quality and arrived on time. As a result, I now have the beautiful bathroom I have always wanted, and can highly recommend Stephan Ritchie and his team for their exceptional customer service.

I was doing a small renovation project for my son’s flat in Brighton and stopped by The Bathroom Shop as my first port of call. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Stephan, who immediately put me at ease. I explained what I was looking for, and he took the time to listen carefully and offer thoughtful guidance. His professionalism, patience, and in-depth knowledge of the products made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Although I had a list of other places to visit, I ended up sourcing everything I needed right there — quickly, efficiently, and at a competitive price. The results speak for themselves, and my son is absolutely delighted with the finished bathroom.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bathroom Shop to anyone undertaking a renovation project. The service, quality, and value are all top-notch

Tiles Order
Stephan at Bathroom Showroom in Brighton provided excellent customer service. The communication was clear and helpful. There were some issues with a wrong tile sample being delivered by the tile company and Stephan was brilliant ensuring tiles were delivered on time for our works.
The tiles are beautiful. I would use his shop again.
