Highly recommended
I made an appointment to see Stephan at the Bathroom Showroom in Brighton to discuss the project. The meeting was friendly and very helpful. We made a list of products to order, Stephan made some recommendations and gave good advice. Two days later I received an email with a floor plan, 3D imaging of the proposed project and a quote. Communication was straightforward throughout by email, text messages and telephone until the delivery date. The new bathroom is looking good.

Emma in Crewe - brilliant attention to design and detail
Emma in Crewe designed our bathroom and toilet room multiple times. She worked with me to accommodate some very specific requirements in challenging spaces. Her knowledge and suggestions on tiling, shower trays, fittings and flooring (and all the little details down to towel hooks and tile trim) have given us an amazing hotel standard shower and toilet room - we are so pleased.

Product knowledge and communication impresive!
Time taken to source requested products, giving advice on said products and continued after sales service, when things didn't go as initially planned. The proactive and reactive communication has been great. makes you wish you had more bathrooms to kit out.
Alima, the Sales Manager was particularly helpful, throughout, committed to getting things right!
I hope that the Hither Green site is representative of all branches.

Exceptional from start to finish
I visited the bathroom showroom at Carlisle city plumbing today and was so impressed. Found Samantha friendly,helpful and very knowledgeable.
I have been in all over Carlisle in the past few days 😭 it's been such a relief to finally get the help and amazing service she gave.
It will be my go to from now on regardless of price.
I will never set foot in Wickes again! Rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful.

Fantastic support and service
Alima at the Lewisham branch has been incredible. She found us exactly what we wanted for our new bathroom in our loft to match our budget, made thoughtful suggestions with our toddler in mind and was amazingly responsive when we needed to change and adapt parts of the order (which we did several times). Refurbishing an old bathroom
We had a great experience at the Bathroom Showroom at City Plumbing, Altrincham Branch. Tim Dop the showroom manager was very helpful in designing our new bathroom . He used 3D technology and added everything we needed onto a room with our bathroom measurements to show us how the end product would look . I wanted a Japanese style bidet self flushing toilet and he found us one in a reasonable price . I am also excited about using durapanels in the shower area which have no need for grouting and looked great at some samples Tim showed us .

Alan in the Exeter branch of The bathroom showroom, visited our property to measure up and quote for the removal of our bath and the installation of a shower .
Due to a cancellation we had our shower installed within a week. Ryan and Pete did a fantastic job , very respectful and professional,left very clean and tidy.
One wall had tiles missing where the bath had been, and the guys sourced matching tiles to finish it off . We weren't expecting them to do this . Very pleased with our new shower . Thank you.

Don’t book an appointment at Cheltenham!
I booked an appointment at the Cheltenham branch at 9am for today via the website and received a confirmation email of my booking from Emily Guilbert and a few days later a booking reminder for today. Battled through the Cheltenham traffic to get there at 9am only to be told there was no one to do the appointment and they didn’t have anyone at all at Cheltenham to do a showroom appointment. I’m not sure why I was able to book an appointment, why I received a confirmation email and a booking reminder! Put simply a very shabby way to treat customers.
