I’ve had such a great experience with BaxterBoo! From the moment I started browsing, I was impressed by the variety of products. They really have something for every pet and every style.

Everything I’ve ordered has been high quality and exactly as described, and shipping has always been smooth and reliable. I especially appreciated how easy it was to find the right size with their helpful guides.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. It was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which makes such a difference when shopping online.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to spoil your pet with adorable and well made items, I would absolutely recommend BaxterBoo. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

BaxterBoo is unreliable, unhelpful, and has significant issues. I was relying on them for my dogs prescription food, and they completely dropped the ball from order through shipping. Then, as I was voicing my issues and asking for ANY kind of concessions, they told me they would be cancelling my subscription moving forward. They would rather lose customers without customer initiation than do their jobs properly.

Their systems are faulty, their vendors make mistakes frequently, and their customer service representatives are incompetent. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Avoid at all costs.
Horrible customer service and management.
You will never receive your product. Look else where.

My dog has a favorite toy. I found it on this site. Never heard of them before but I found the one I was looking for. Easy to order and shipped fast. Thanks Baxter boo for making my pup so happy.

This company failed to deliver my dog food and made me wait the full seven business days before filing a claim.. then when the 7 days came they said it was delivered and nothing they could do. No refund, nothing! I was given the runaround and spent over two hours on the phone talking with different people and manager was never available.

The dog jacket I got did not match the measurements as advertised or on the tag. It's teensy tiny. What a scam

Their return policy is too costly and must meet all their criteria or are returned to buyer at buyer’s expense. The pet market has many other online stores that offer much better experiences. I will never buy from them again.

Scam company do not buy here! They never send me the product but a sample! When I asked to be reimbursed they mentioned it was a pharmaceutical product so I cannot get reimbursed. In addition, they are outsourcing their goods so instead of talking with their client, I had to got back and forth between them. Had to dispute with my bank at this point. Expense $129!!!

Baxterboo has the worst return policy. I ordered 25 count of my pet supplies and 12 came in the mail damaged. I contacted them and told them I would like to return the items and get a refund but they only offered to give me 10% refund to keep the damaged items (which are unusable by the way) or I sent them back but I pay for the return labels which they will provide. Also, the refund amount is much less than what I should have gotten for the 12 items I returned, no clue why! Never heard of a company who is dishonest in such a way that the customers have to pay for return shipping for items that got delivered damaged then get even less refund money than the supposedly refund amount with no explanation why. I have called them a few times hoping to speak to someone who would make sense and would explain everything but I cannot expect that from this company, nobody even offered an apology for the inconvenience, very rude people. I also had to call them again to ask to send me my refund already after they have had the returned items for a week. These people are dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. Will never buy from Baxterboo again. What a traumatic experience!

Would NEVER recommend.

There are too many other pet stores to go to that to give your money to a company with HORRIBLE business practices and ETHICS.

My puppies first birthday is ruined because BaxterBoo.I NEVER post reviews but that should go to show you how distressed I am by this situation.

I ask anyone who reads this to please see if there are other companies that offer what you are looking for. I will never get my dogs first birthday back.

Ordered some high vis reflective sleeves for my dog. they came quickly and were as described. could not find something similar anywhere else.

Website is nice. Site is very responsive and professional however, the Susan Lanci harness I purchased for $51 is cheaply made and the material feels like PU. My dog's chest is 15" so I ordered the correct size which was M Chest: 14.5"-16". There is no adjusting this harness so it hangs off of her unless the leash is taut. I would expect for the price, to receive a quality product and this is not that. i would not recommend Susan lanci products from this or any site.

So glad I found this website! I was using a large online shop but they continued to drop the ball on shipping, so I tried BaxterBoo. I purchased several items, including dog food, and everything arrived in a timely fashion AND they included a bunch of coupons and offers as a welcoming gift!

High quality and great service! I have ordered a dog carrying bag, a jacket, food, toys and even a Halloween costume. All terrific items at competitive pricing.

I ordered a vest for my dog according to their size chart, well it was huge on her.
I returned it, to never hear back from them again regarding my refund.
I’ve sent them around 8 emails and not one has been returned. (That is not normal). I also tried calling, but apparently no one is ever in the office to take calls.
I will never give Baxter Boo my money ever again. If I could give them zero stars I would.
It’s ok, they can keep my money, apparently they need it more than I do.

Ordered a costume for my dog that arrived too small. Tried to return and they would not accept due to their return policy, even though they are the ones that had the wrong measurements listed. Tried to communicate with them and was rudely dismissed and told a supervisor would be calling me back. That never happened. I would absolutely NOT shop here.

This company is full of liars and scammers. They have so, so many listings for items on their website, but they are permanently out of stock! Even items with multiple sizes, they are out of EVERY single item. Doing returns is a pain. You only have two weeks to return items to them for a full refund, otherwise you get store credit. They owe me store credit, but have not responded to my inquiry about where it is. Scammers and liars. I will complain about them to the BBB and Attorneu General. Do not buy from them!

The order was all wrong.
First, I was sent the wrong thing and then the second thing I ordered said it was made in the USA but when I read the label it said it was 'treated in the USA' - very disappointed!

I have been purchasing primarily dog outfits from Baxterboo.com since 2016, probably placed 15+ orders by now and never had a negative experience. Usually receive items w/i one week (using free shipping option). They run great promotions and their prices are pretty competitive thanks to the coupons advertised on their site or online. When it comes to dog clothing, ordering the correct size can be tricky; I always refer to the size charts displayed on the product page and they are pretty accurate. Had to exchange only twice due to sizing issues. Covered the return shipping fee myself and exchanged items were sent free of any additional charges. Highly recommended
