The staff were very friendly and helpful. And helped me choose a pair of glasses. Would certainly recommend a friend to them. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and not rushed, they take their time to help you.

My eye examination felt thorough but also reasonably swift. The Optician remembered all my preferences when she relayed them to her colleague.
The selection of glasses were comprehensive. The space is well lit and calm.

Bought an expensive pair of glasses,
I had no communication with them when they arrived in store, when I chased this up, it was found that they were already in store, waiting for me to collect. On collection, I got told they were scratched and they would send them back and order a new pair.
After a week and a half, there was still no communication on an update of my glasses, so popped into the store again, to find that they were already arrived in store again, waiting for me to collect.
When asked to speak to the manager regarding customer service/ communication took them another 3 weeks more or less to get in contact with me.
Overall, for the amount of money I paid, I would have expected a much better customer service and communication.
